飯店的人員非常友善的接待我們，並且詳細的推薦了許多餐廳、景點與交通方式。對於一個初次到威尼斯的旅人，非常需要這些幫助。飯店非常的漂亮，內裝也非常的乾淨舒適。交通位置非常的便利，要去大運河、彩色島或是機場都有非常鄰近的港口可以到達。整體來說非常推薦這家，這是我們這趟旅程最棒的飯店。

这是我在意大利旅行10天最满意的一个酒店！三星酒店我觉得比我在米兰住的四星级还要好！工作人员服务非常热情，早餐也特别的好！下一次去威尼斯我绝对还会住这里！离火车站走路7分钟，但绝对算是方便了！一切都很好！

酒店感覺非常新，衛生間設施一流且空間很大。早餐很豐盛，服務也非常讓人滿意。

因為是新裝潢所以房間很新很乾淨,但是第一天進去浴室洗澡時浴缸排水很差,有點塞住,經反應後隔天就好了,應是之前有阻塞吧!另外服務人員在我們Check in時也沒告知我們有早餐或是在哪有個小客廳可作休息用,所以我們沒想有任何福利,在我們當天要走了才發現飯店也沒做任何補救,諸如:折扣,,,之類,只叫我們上去坐,都吃飽了還做甚麼?所以我們給他評分很低!

Hotel súper excelente, el personal súper amable, los cuartos súper cómodos y muy completos. El desayuno también exquisito. Volvería sin dudarlo cuando vuelva a Venecia.

The staff of the hotel are superb! Very helpful, polite and friendly. Comfortable beds, rooms have been renovated.

First time to Venice, and we wanted to make sure it was special by staying in a hotel that we could call home for a few days. The Arcadia Boutique Hotel overdelivered! The staff was super lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Claudio, Manuel and the entire front desk team were super detailed in their recommendations for everything from restaurants, gondolas and the incredible sights of Venice. Not to be outdone, the breakfasts were magical in the iconic sitting room and we loved the superb and super nice and friendly staff there too. A trip of a lifetime to Venice!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are well-appointed and quiet, and the location is a convenient walk to the station and vaporetto stops.

Everything was special, lovely, comfortable room, friendly, helpful staff, good location, beautiful lobby with that incredible chandelier!

Je recommande cet hôtel, nous avons séjournés 4 nuits en octobre 2025. Le personnel est très professionnel et à votre écoute. Plusieurs langues parlées. Chambre très bien agencée et très propre. Petit déjeuner un régal. A proximité des restaurants et des navettes fluviales. A 15 min à pied de la Piazza Di Roma. Bon rapport qualité prix.
