Great Location, it is close to St. Mark Square and is very convenient to go around. The room is spacious, if the bathroom is bigger even better.

Extremely nice and worth stay. There gave us a surprise for our honeymoon. The environment and decoration are nice. The breakfast are super yummy too. The staff are nice and helpful. It was just not good enough is the location. Not easy to find actually. I went to the information for help but gave me wrong information to aqua pizza.........i was exhausted with heavy luggage to walk over 30 mins, need to cross over 10 the bridges. So if u choose this. Dun ask in the travel information! Just buy a map.

Amazing hotel, lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable with a beautiful big bathroom. Excellent location, central but quiet. Good facilities with onsite bar, good breakfast selections and stunning private dock with outdoor space, I will be recommending and hope to return!

カナルビューの部屋を予約したが、イタリアの2階(日本の1階)の部屋で窓の前を人が通る部屋で窓を開けてカナルを観れるような部屋ではなかった。

Wonderful hotel - stylish and in a fabulous central location. Staff were attentive, room and bathroom luxurious and breakfast plentiful with hot and cold options. I would have given it 5/5 but whilst the sheets and bedding were lovely the bed was quite hard and in need of a mattress topper for a side sleeper like me.

The staff were absolutely delightful! Genuinely wonderful! We booked a Jr. Suite with Canal View and it is shockingly large and well-equipped. The beds are comfy, the hot water and towels are a-plenty, and the water pressure is also very good. We didnt eat at the hotel so I cannot speak to the breakfast or meals there. Highly recommend

Great hotel in a central location with very friendly staff. The room was good, with a double sink and a large walk in shower, which was a nice touch. When the safe stopped working, reception came up and fixed it straight away, which we really appreciated. The only downsides were that the room was quite warm and we couldn’t get the air con onto cool mode, although there were two windows we could open. We stayed in standard room 106 which wraps around the lift, so it was noisy (not sure who’s using the lift at 3am and if it’s staff they should take the stairs) I’d recommend upgrading the room if possible. Overall a good stay, but 4 stars due to the room temperature and lift noise

We visited from London for my husbands 50th birthday and I cannot fault this hotel. Beautiful location, incredible furnishings and decor and the staff were so accommodating.
