Could use more usb ports in the room and a small refrigerator in the room would help. We think face cloths would be a nice addition

Room was nice bed very comfortable but I am not as mobile anymore and the room was upstairs and very difficult to get to I was not happy that we had the room the furthest away food was nice

Our stay was very enjoyable, we ate at the Hotel everyday, we didn’t feel the need to go elsewhere. The staff were young but very professional And the food was very good

Expedia did not relay my original request for a twin-bedded room (we were two elderly ladies) and we were allocated VERY SMALL double bed which was totally unacceptable. Fortunately the hotel were eventually able to arrange a twin-bedded room by splitting a king size bed into two sections and the situation was resolved. BUT it could have spoiled our holiday had a solution not been found (the hotel was fully booked).

Great location super comfy bed abd hot shower. Unfortunately our sleep was disturbed by guest in room 9 coming in at 4am slamming doors and showering. Then repeating at 7am. All which are not the hotels fault. I have no hesitation in returning

Breakfast option was great served by a very friendly waitress.

This is hotel is well located. The staff is corteous. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. I will definitely stay again. Thank you.

Nice and easy and friendly

Stayed for 2 nights. Recommend the hotel. Staff are exceptional. The sea is literally across the road, unfortunately our lovely room was at the back, so no sea view, but didn't spoil our stay. Would definitely go back.

Excellent hotel. The staff is very courteous and the food is delicious.

Tea and coffee is only warm for breakfast despite asking for hot said it was the hottest they could make it. Reception on the tv is not great or the WiFi Staff are very nice.

The tv did not work, the shower was not hot enough and why dont toilets have a a brush. Apart from that it was adequate for the price

Room was clean but very warm. Fire alarm smoke head flashing over bed not ideal.

Stay was okay but bed extremely hard had back pain after day two also spiderwebs on ceiling, but did love shower was very nice and very pricey on drinks

Comfortable room, good restaurant, nice location.

Room was not cleaned On arrival, toilet,towels dirty and no soap or shower gel even asking on several occasions. TV didn’t work and manager didn’t even have time to talk to me in regards to mistake I made on booking a future stay. Very disappointed and would not recommend. I will be putting in a complaint to hotels.com and the hotel at a higher level

I stayed with my daughter, I felt like I wasn’t treated well on check in, I listened to the interaction for the couple before me, they were offered a dinner reservation etc I was not, I was also questioned when typing in my registration with my suitcase in hand, again this didn’t happen for the couple before.
