The property is properly located at a quite neighborhood for people looking for privacy. Well renovated yet a bit modern as compare to other onsen ryokan in Japan. Staffs are super polite, helpful and considerate, exceeds most 5 stars hotel standard. The food over there are nice and the presentation is superb. It is just like an art...Each guest room has its own in-room onsen. Due to limited guest rooms, the public onsen is like private onsen most of the time. My family has an amazing stay there. Looking forward to re-visit the venue again if I come around Otaru area next time.

Beautiful hotel ~ relaxing and the staffs are all very friendly.

Lying along a stream on the hillside in Otaru, this spa hotel is just 10 mins drive away from Otaru Chikko station where a free shuttle (though not too frequent and prior appointment is required) is run. We, a couple with a kid spent two nights on the basic room in a two-storey design with a conveniently built-in bath tub. The breakfast and dinner must be one of the best and the finest that you could in a spa hotel in Japan overall and of course should not be missed. Free drinks of every kind throughout your stay during meals and in the bar area from 6pm till midnight daily. The public spa set up is almost perfect except that no private session would be available for family enjoyment.

The only negative things I have is - rooms need blockout blinds. Way too bright in the morning and cant sleep well after sunrise which is at 4ish in the morning

来日本20次以上，这家酒店是我住过服务最差性价比最低的酒店没有之一。进店时候服务人员完全不解释原因的让在等候区等候了30分钟，而后领到房间，全程臭脸~~~让我想起了伟大的香港酒店~~~wifi等所有的设施也并无任何的介绍，甚至包括酒店里的温泉的使用时间和方法。房间也特别特别的小，起居室和房间的设计有很大的问题，小的压抑。空调完全不起作用非常的冷~而清洁程度也令人咋舌，很多地方有灰和未打扫干净之处，房间需要铺床也需要再三电话联系才过来铺床~这个价格的酒店没有熨斗。再三要求后去隔壁的酒店借了一个给我们使用。65,000日元一晚完全有很多完胜它不止一点的酒店，绝对不会再来任何一次。

酒店設計獨特,氣氛良好,床鋪很舒適,房間設備精美。晚餐和早餐非常美味,而且酒精和非酒精飲品任飲,感覺良好. 但用了MASTERCARD預訂，收了1%手續費,預訂時入了一個人，曾致電HOTEL.COM客服人員，他叫我要取消原先訂單再訂.但後來收到月結單,取消訂房並沒有退回1%手續費,變相前後俾了2%手續費.在HOTEL.COM網站留下意見又沒有人回覆.對於HOTEL.COM服務感到非常不滿。

榻榻米的房間很吵，一直有水管流水聲。除此之外，都很棒。

房間很有日本的味道,好像去了日本家的,很舒服. 溫泉池旁邊有小溪流,聽著流水聲浸泡溫泉可以洗滌心靈!

浴場ok但小了一點 地點太偏僻 餐不好吃 房間地板舊該換新

沒歺廳服務提供很不方便，一定要吃飽才好回酒店

5回目位来てます。今回来た時から経営が変わって大浴場が、予約貸切で値段も高く(今回は露天風呂が故障のためお金はかからなかったど)部屋風呂だけだと、好きな時に何度も入れないので、そこを前の様にいつでも誰でも入れる様にして貰えたら、また是非行きたいです。

室内温泉はとても良いです。 貸切スパ設備を更新するとの事でしたので、その後に期待したいです

숙박 시설은 작년에 비해 업그레이드 되어 더 좋았습니다. 룸서비스로 간단한 안주나 주류를 주는 것도 좋았구요. 다만 대욕장이 문을 닫은 것은 많이 아쉬었습니다. 그리고 작년까지만 하더라도 숙박에 저녁 식사(가이세키)가 포함되어 있었는데 올해는 료칸을 방문하고 난 뒤 이런 정보를 받게 되어 굉장히 당황했습니다. 료칸은 가이세키가 기본인데.. 료칸에서 연락 온 것도 알러지 여부와 도착 시간 여부 정도였지 저녁 식사에 대한 정보는 아무 것도 없었습니다. 작년 방문했을때 저녁 식사가 포함이라 올해는 그렇줄 알았는데 아무런 안내가 없으니.. 방문하실 분들은 미리 확인하고 방문하세요.

Very cool Stay! We loved the kids futon!!😍 Deep dive into the Japanese culture. Everything was super interesting and we can’t wait to be back. Foods were delicious and Location nice next to Asari Ski resort. ありがとうございます！
