Welcoming, clean, quiet and comfortable. Food was lovely.

It was a great place, staff and everything was good, except a little disappointment with the breakfast which I, and the kids, feel wasn't as good as what we had at many other places we have stayed in the past. However, Overall it was a good family stay!

We enjoyed our stay, nice places to walk and the staff were lovely especially Amanda & Sarah. Breakfast was lovely the food was quality it just needed to be hotter.

Ideal hotel for Christchurch area, easy parking, spacous room , , offer of fresh milk to make tea / coffee in Room , Homemade cookies in room were very nice and nice dinner "recomend the fagots" good breakfast and pleasant staff providing a good service. nothing to fault except for no EV charging,

I wish I could have stayed longer. Pleasant place, great food, nice room and very nice green surroundings. Close to the airport too.

Lots of parking. Nice comfortable room. Only minor criticism being lighting in room could be better

Staff were excellent as usual. Plenty of choice for breakfast, but you are only allowed one option, everything else is charged extra, even toast is £5.20! Evening meal was good.

We enjoyed our stay at the Avon Causeway. The food was great and the staff were helpful. Our room required climbing up some stairs and it was small but had everything we needed. The hotel was clean and we would return.

Staff are outstanding , from checking in, evening meal and Amanda at breakfast, we loved the attentiveness and how friendly everyone was. We were in room 5, it was spotless, comfortable bed, good nights sleep , homemade cookies in a wee jar, soft towels , warm shower, fluffy towels . Wishing we were there longer - but will definitely return.

What a lovely over night stay, so close to Bournemouth airport which is just what we wanted, no getting up earlier to get to the airport.

Excellent. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. Clean, comfortable and very friendly. Loved the decor and history. Great choice of food which was very tasty. Very central. Will definitely return.

Lovely food, staff and beautiful hotel/pub - everyone was super friendly and helpful - would go back
