Location, setting, facilities brilliant. Unfortunately the experience is let down by the attitude of some of the staff members and inconsistent service. It is more of a three star hotel in the service aspects. More investment is needed in staff training. NB. Most staff do not speak English, only Turkish and Russian so communication is sometimes an issue. Also, if you want your room cleaned please give housekeeping the tip on a daily basis. Otherwise do not expect much.

The resort offers a variety of good food and great assistance only thru the app. However, the wooden walkways on the beach are rutted and uneven, posing a high risk of falls for tourists.Unfortunately, I had a fall and fractured my left 5th metatarsal . When I went to the Medical Office, they only offered ice and no doctor available, which I found unacceptable and risky for such a large Resort .

In summary, this resort offers a wide range of activities, entertainment, and dining options. The staff also try to help and address your needs; however, there are specific areas that require significant improvement. I am sharing this review not to criticize the facility or the staff, but rather to contribute to their efforts in improving service quality and attracting more guests. - It is essential for the staff, particularly the receptionists, to meet stringent proficiency requirements in English. As the first point of contact for guests from diverse backgrounds, it is unreasonable to expect all visitors to speak Turkish. Effective English communication is fundamental in the hospitality industry, and the inability of the staff to answer basic inquiries—such as directions for shopping or details about the resort's facilities—cost us time and money and diminished our overall experience during our ten-day stay. - The quality of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages should be significantly improved. The ice cream house was also a disappointment. The variety was very limited, and their scoops are the size of a teaspoon. - While we were informed that children could be left at the kids' club for certain activities, the ten-minute ride from the main building to the kid’s club made it impractical for us to leave our children and return later for pickup. This situation hindered our ability to fully enjoy the offerings of the resort.

Excellent selection of food and drinks in all restaurants. Staff are very polite and friendly and helpful, nothing was too much bother. A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. The WhatsApp method of communicating had its shortfalls in this respect and I had to ask more than once to be added to the WhatsApp contact list. This was a very small thing in what was an excellent holiday in a premium hotel in beautiful surroundings.

Brilliant hotel we had the best holiday with our 7 month old baby, Great staff and lovely food options even the A'la Carte buffet was great which usually isn't at all inclusive hotels, having stayed at several Rixos hotels around the world we found this to be the best yet! Great idea having your own personal assistants via a whats app group chat they were always on hand for any thing we needed. We will definely be back soon!

We traveled with 2 little kids and been very impressed with this hotel. Amazing kids programme, kids club and afternoon/ evening shows! Very nice cocktails at the bars with variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Lovely staff and ability to have assistance on whatsapp is a huge advantage. Highly recommend to attend sport classes outside with the view to the pool- something definitely worth trying! We will definitely be back!

It’s been one of our best holidays ever. We did travel with kids and in this resort is so much for them to do; amazing kids club, climbing wall, tree top adventure and daily shows. Amazing staff- very kind and helpful. Could not wish for better hols!

the hotel is fantastic, service level high, one thing that could be a little bit better is if employees spoke better English, their Russian and Turkish is solid, but when it comes to communicating in English, it falls of. otherwise, the hotel is very clean, lots of things to do. also i would suggest that they provide higher quality alcohol (eg. more variety in terms of wine). one employee was better than the rest, assistant manager Birol, i want to make sure that he gets credit he deserves, really goes out of his way to make sure you are having a wonderful time.

First time (and last) at an "all-inclusive". For the most part, it's a negative-sum game played by both guests and the hotel. Guests try and maximize what they get (like ordering the most expensive alcohol all day, all the time), and the hotel actively works against providing anything. For Rixos, they took it even further by advertising 5 "a-la-carte" dining options, but then making it next to impossible to book (even though they were half-empty every night). Everything is about pushing guests to the massive buffets at one main hotel. The bars are a bit better, but the service is completely inconsistent based on the attitude of the server. The front desk staff - at least in our case - were incompetent to the point of massive frustration. If / when you decide to pay for something, the prices are multiple timers higher than anywhere comparable. Just a bad experience, but I'm rating it "in the middle", because at least some of the experience was simply due to the type of resort. If you like the "game" of all-inclusive, maybe it will be a better experience. The one shining light is that it is well set-up for families and children, so that also contributed to a better than negative review.
