Staff very friendly. Location ideal for Eye Hospital and trams to centre. No problem parking with direct access to hotel. Rooms large and clean. Expensive breakfast especially as there was no scrambled eggs for breakfast both times we stayed there. If there again will not have breakfast in the hotel but in one of the many cafes close by.

Tout était bien concernant l’hôtel en soi. La seule chose est que nous aurions aimé qu’ils nous donnent davantage d’informations au sujet des travaux qui limitaient l’accès au pont de pierre et le passage du tramway car cela limitait significativement les options de déplacement.

Advertised as with air con but the air con wasn’t on in the entire property and it was incredibly warm and uncomfortable and I barely slept the whole time. Tried to speak to staff but no one was interested in listening. Requested a refund and email been ignored.
