MUito bom atendimento da equipe toda. Café da manhã rasoável. Bem localizado e com estacionamento pago de fácil acesso.

Quarto limpo, basico com wc limpo mas pequeno. Nao havia um armario nem gavetas para colocacao de roupas e artigos pessoais. Quarto muito quente. Pequeno almoco do tipo continental básico.

Das Gebäude macht einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Das Personal von der Rezeption war sehr nett. Der Teppich im Zimmer hatte schon bessere Zeiten und sollte ersetzt werden!Das Zimmer war kalt und konnte mit der Klima nicht beheizt werden!Auf Anfrage hiess es,es liege am wechselhaften Wetter... Am Ostersonntag war das Frühstückspersonal überfordert.Um 9.00 Uhr gab es keine Orangen mehr um frischen Saft zu pressen,auch die Gipfeli und Brot waren weg und Nachschub kam viel zu wenig und nur zaghaft!

Très bon hôtel, deco sympa à l’accueil, personnel très aimable, propreté très bien. Possibilité de départ à 12h. La salle de bain un peu exigu. Bon petit dej. Parking payant. Je reviendrais avec plaisir

Staff very friendly. Location ideal for Eye Hospital and trams to centre. No problem parking with direct access to hotel. Rooms large and clean. Expensive breakfast especially as there was no scrambled eggs for breakfast both times we stayed there. If there again will not have breakfast in the hotel but in one of the many cafes close by.

Tout était bien concernant l’hôtel en soi. La seule chose est que nous aurions aimé qu’ils nous donnent davantage d’informations au sujet des travaux qui limitaient l’accès au pont de pierre et le passage du tramway car cela limitait significativement les options de déplacement.
