Comfortable and beautiful hotel but the location inconvence.

The air conditioning is very poor

Very nice hotel and rooms. The rooftop terrace with two jacuzzis was great. The hotel is nicely located at 500 metres from a city beach. The historical town is at walking distance, a 20-minutes pleasant seaside walk. There is even a small gym to exercise. The breakfast buffet was of good quality. The only issue was the small breakfast room, once we used the tables in the outside garden. I would suggest to serve breakfast in the rooftop in summer, there is plenty of space and would be very enjoyable.

Fantastisk vistelse på Halepa Hotel! Hotellet var mycket fint, rent och hade en trevlig atmosfär. Personalen var otroligt vänlig och hjälpsam, och vi trivdes verkligen från första stund. Det enda negativa är att det tar cirka 25 minuter att promenera till Gamla stan, vilket kan vara lite långt om man vill gå dit ofta. I övrigt var vi mycket nöjda och skulle gärna bo här igen. Rekommenderas varmt!

Fint hotell, trevligt personal, bra frukostbuffe och även gott om parkering. Dock hade vi myror som kom in till vårt rum från hallen och vi upplevde även flera gånger att duschen helt plötsligt bytte från ljummet vatten till kokhett vatten vilket inte var så kul när man redan var solbränd. Annars var allting bra.

Buffet Breakfast was excellent, staff also was very professional and excellent at customer service, and assisting with all requests and help needed while there.

Il personale è molto paziente e disponibile. Camera e bagno sempre puliti e in ordine, così come gli spazi comuni. La colazione offre ampia scelta, quindi non si resta a stomaco vuoto. È presente un roof garden con vasca idromassaggio che però non abbiamo utilizzato in quanto eravamo in giro per le spiagge della zona. L'hotel lo consiglio.

What a wonderful place to stay when in Chania. We were here only two nights so that we could catch a bus to hike the Samaria Gorge, but the hotel is amazing. Very clean and conveniently located in Chania with an easy to access private parking lot (not often available in Chania). The staff were some of the nicest people we’ve encountered while traveling (and that’s saying a lot because Crete is full of friendly people). After a long and grueling hike of the gorge, we got back to our room around 8:30PM and luckily Halepa Hotel has room service (amazing club sandwich with potato chips and ice cream that was much need and all without having to try to leave the hotel again). Also, great buffet-style breakfast with plenty to choose from and very filling. My only complaint is that we didn’t stay here longer but if ever we are in Crete again, we will be staying here for our entire visit.

The breakfast was already laid out buffet style. Would be nice to have freshly cooked fried eggs but what we had was good. A vast array of breakfast to suit every need and not restricted to amounts. Clean large room. Friendly helpful staff. Because it was April visit no hot tub as the holiday season not yet in full swing. Lovely old harbour but an evening walk to harbour restaurants.

Clean and convenient hotel. Very nice breakfast selection. Sitting areas in lobby or outside comfortable and a great place to relax after a day of touring. The roof bar will be nice, once it opens.
