easy check-in and out, friendly staff, clean rooms, lovely spa and pool.

The property is not very close to amenities and it is hard to reach. Rooms are clean. Staff are super helpful. Internet is challemging and slow

Hotel is very nice and in a good location at the west end of Edmonton. The room overall was clean and comfortable, but we only received room make up once out of a three night stay, even though we asked for room service every day on check in. The bar and staff are excellent. The bar staff are friendly and willing to take the time to chat if you’re wanting to. Bar could use more glass ware; we saw staff scrambling one night for stemware as the lounge got busy. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!

I usually stay at the courtyard downtown, but it was sold out, so I stayed in this one, honestly, this is going to be note my new go-to hotel when I'm staying in Edmonton, it's a Marriott so the quality is going to be the same, but the simple fact that the parking is free is so much better, I'm still 20 minutes away from where I'm going to so there's no difference between staying in this location rather than the one in downtown. Downtown. The one thing that was a little weird, I came back to the hotel around midnight, there were a couple of people hanging out front smoking, other than that, the hotel's great.

Staff were great, room was clean and beds were comfortable. Shower was mediocre as the water really didn’t get hot. Overall I’d probably stay again

The location was great. Room and hotel clean. Wasn’t impressed with room configuration and linens on bed. Looked like they put wires size on a king bed. Barely enough covers and a bit chilly

Stay was fine

I had a clerical error in booking a room in this hotel but the hotel staffs were very inconsiderate and absolutely not helpful. I will never book at courtyard at Marriott

No new towels or b da were made next day. Sheets and couch was dirty
