Such a stunning property - as beautiful as the first time I stayed there. It has that lovely ambiance that you can only find in Ireland - history, grandeur, character and staff who are warm, welcoming and attentive to you and the details. Wonderful stay - thank you.

Rooms, lodges and restaurants outstanding. Food was wonderful. Our server at the Barton Grill was brilliant! This is a 5 star property and overall lived up to that. We had an issue with vouchers that were purchased for us as a gift. One staff at the golf course was somewhat...aloft...ok, curt but rest of staff and hotel staff were great. I do feel were somewhat shorted on the vouchers and left a sour taste.

Hotel and grounds are lovely, but the service in the bar was so poor. Arrived in at 20:05 and we sat at a table beside a family we knew.

Staff were lovely. More than helpful. Our driver from south restaurant to hotel was so lovely. The food was gorgeous. I had asked about gluten free for dinner and just wasn’t confident with the reply. Drinks were lovely. Gluten free full Irish breakfast was lovely. Just wish there had of been some cereal and pastries. But there was nothing outside of the fry for gluten free.

Hotel gorgeous, staff friendly, very helpful and added to overall the chill feel . Our children treated us to a wee break and it was just what we needed soo chilled .Room was spotless clean .comfortable bed .
