For a 4 star hotel the room is quite small, however, the room is clean, bathroom and toilet are the best, amenities were complete but no coffee provided

Location is good, but the room is a bit old and small. Also, the furniture in the room is not really useful and has been broken, not well-maintained.

Ya seperti hotel pada umumnya di Jepang dengan harga segini sudah pasti dapatnya juga yang kecil, Lokasi agak jauh dari stasiun, harus jalan kaki kurang lebih 15-20menit lah.

Happiness to visit this hotel. Next time I will gratefully to join my vacation.

Very clean and nice hotel. They also provide us with pajamas which is very convenient for us in Japan consider we will shop a lot and need more luggage capacity. Also the room is spacious than our other room hotel. I can let my 20,24, and 26 inch luggage with a little moving some furniture around the room. There 's only 1 negative feedback which is the AC 's swing mode isn't working. I assume it 's because the AC can be reach easily so other customer 's might broke it previously. But it 's still okay we can sleep soundly. Other than that all is good.

Staff nya mostly orang India. Ada juga sih bule cewe pas shift pagi. Bahasa Inggris oke. Lokasi hotel dekat sama Uguisudani JR Station. Kalo naik subway, station yang paling dekat itu Iriya Station dan jaraknya 600 m dari hotel jadi gempor banget geret koper big size. Sarapan biasa aja, menu gak ada yang diganti selama 3 malem nginep disini. Dekor kamar kuno tapi bersih. Oh iya sekarang semua hotel di Jepang udah gak ngasi free mineral water lagi jadi harus beli air minum sendiri. Btw disekitar hotelnya banyak banget love hotel. Tapi selama nginep gak pernah ngeliat hal-hal aneh sih&untungnya trip keluarga adults semua. Nyari makan disekitar hotel rada susah karena ini daerahnya agak pinggiran jadi pelayannya gak fasih bahasa Inggris. Kebanyakan liat tempat minum kayak bar gitu brasa kayak di Kabukicho. Padahal sengaja pilih daerah dekat Ueno yang katanya lebih family friendly (next station dari subway maupun JR Station). Not gonna stay here ever again.

โรงแรมดี สะอาด มีอุปกรณ์ครบ ด้านล่างมี supermarket ของเยอะและถูกมาก อยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟ สามารถเดินกลับจากสวนอูเอโนะได้ แต่ไกลพอควร

located very close to uguisudani JR station. clean room, comfortable bed. Friendly Receptionist and good variety of food for breakfast.
