I would say this hotel is average in every aspect other than its location. I say this because the rooms were nothing special. However, the location is great as it’s less than a 10 minute walk to the downtown area where there is many museums and the historical cathedral. The rooms were clean, the AC worked very nicely, the water pressure in the shower also worked well, and it seems every room has a lockbox for your valuables while you’re out and about in the city. The cleaning staff is very attentive and friendly and the older gentlemen at the receptionist desk is very knowledgeable about the local area. Overall, I would give this hotel three out of five stars as it’s nothing special but it’s also not a bad place. 👍🏽

糟糕的体验。我到达时，空调遥控器坏了，其中一条毯子看起来很脏。于是我打电话给前台，他们过来换了一条他们没有的毯子，只留下一条很小的，而且态度很差。那天晚上，我铺好床准备睡觉，结果发现床单上有很多头发——真是恶心死了。我又打电话给前台，他们说房间很干净，他们看到打扫过了。我问他们有没有检查过床铺，他们说没有。我问他们能不能睡在满是头发的床单上，他们说不能。他们说不能换房间，我说不行，但我想要个解决办法。他们很不情愿地说：“哦，我这就去换床单。”第二天早上，我要卫生纸，清洁人员说：“哦，不用了，我给你拿一包来。”他们还在嘲笑我。我听到他们在议论我们。我对那里的待遇非常不满，以后再也不会去那家店了。我有照片，照片里的头发真恶心。

很遗憾，我入住的房间不太干净。房间里有之前客人留下的垃圾，床头柜抽屉里放着一双袜子，打开抽屉一看，一股难闻的气味扑面而来。镜子上有水渍，地板也很脏。房间里的电话形同虚设，根本无法使用。电视信号断断续续，晚上10点以后就彻底没信号了。不过，在我入住期间，酒店打扫过房间，一切都还算可以。房间很小。酒店位置很中心。前台工作人员早晚都很热情友好。

房间床边没有插座，没法给电话、台灯等电器充电。有些灯泡坏了，而且发出的光线发黄，让整个房间看起来很旧。我把车停在了他们合作的停车场，退房的时候，他们却因为我没告诉他们我开车过来而拒绝验证我的停车票。他们还单独收了我停车费，就因为前台“没给我停车卡”。接待我的那位前台服务态度非常差。

设施非常好；浴室看起来像是新装修过的。地理位置优越，靠近L3 Independencia地铁站。由于地处市中心，车辆噪音较大，蚊子也比较多。对于瓜达拉哈拉市中心来说，这里位置绝佳；距离大教堂仅三个街区。
