Habitacion limpia. No comi en el restaurante porque los precios de desayuno empezaban en Q90 y justo en frente habia un restaurante donde los desayunos estaban a Q50 y muy completos. El restaurante estaba solo, creo qeu deberian considerar ser mas competitivos con sus precios en el restaurante. Otra recomendacion seria tener habilitada el area donde hay como un canopy, porque yo quise ir a trabajar con mi compu a esa area, que es otro extension del restaurante, y abrian hasta las 9 a.m. y solo desde ese lugar se ve el lago y uno quiere tener esa vista al lago...

Nice facilities, nice atmosphere but it’s too bad. They don’t offer a free breakfast.

Super friendly staff and gorgeous views of the lake and the volcanoes from our room! It was not the right weather to try the water slide but that would be ideal for kids!

The property is located in a great area and easy to get boat taxis. They have a museum which is free for anyone staying on the property as well. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and slide.

Great location, beautiful hotel grounds, nice pool with water slide, and great views of Lake Atlitan from the hotel property. Parking is free and plenty of space (there are two parking lots). Only downside is there is no fan, fridge or AC, so it can be humid and hot.

Property has an excellent location, is an expansive and gated property just steps from the shore, boat docks and Calle Santander. The rooms are dated and there is no air conditioning or fans, so it can get stuffy. Breakfast and dining areas are spacious with great views of the lake.

The staff were friendly, the rooms were spacious, and the place was beautiful.

La chambre était propre par contre côré du stationnement. Au moins pas trop bruyant. Personnel agréable et serviable.
