Short distance from public transportation. The problem was the name of the hotel in app still Butterfly on Prat, so there was some confusion when we did the check in. Thank God, it is already renamed in app as Dash Living

Hotel yang bersih dan baik dan lokasi yang strategis, kamar yang luas, yang jelas mantap lah, pelayanan yang baik.

Helpful and service-minded staffs. Very comfortable bed and bathroom.

Lumayan dekat dengan motor tidak sih, shandar tha tsu sekitar 200 meter dan hotel juga dekat dengan ichiran ramen (24 jam). Yang paling menarik adalah dapat pocket WiFi yang cukup bisa diandalkan selama jalan-jalan di Hong Kong dan sekitarnya. Kamar cukup luas dan rapi. Saluran TV menyiarkan liga inggris juga.

Rooms were smaller than expected. No proper Hotel Lobby, it is located in dun-gent area. No closing for bath rooms, no mirror outside the bathroom. Lift were too much shaking and kids were scared while travelling in the lift. For the rate I paid, I felt it is not worth. I should have searched much better option

So worth it. The room was clean and too big for our fam of 4, they always change the towels and replenish the toiletries. As for the staff, they're kind and can speak and understand english. That's a bug factor esp in hk. Overall we had an awesome stay😊👍🏼👍🏼

Pelayanan receptionisnya bagus sekali, ramah dan tidak susah, saya pesan family room, ruangannya besar dan bersih. Tidak menyesal pilih hotel ini buat keluarga saya😘

Hotel ini sangat cocok untuk liburan keluarga, lokasi strategis dekat pantai dan pusat perbelanjaan, stasiun MTR juga cuma 200 m, pelayannya ramah, hotelnya bersih,pokok nya jadi pengen kembali ke hotel ini kalau liburan ke hongkong lagi

Resepsionis ramah, dapat pocket WiFi gratis juga, kamar nyaman dan setiap hari selalu dibersihkan. Recommended!

Room is ok. Except that there is no bidet in the toilet.

nice staff, nice room, nice services. there are many things that you can rent for freely at receptionists such as powerbank, handfan, selfie sticks, etc. got free portable wifi for free rent. can check in early since my room is ready, lucky me. recommended 👍

My family had a pleasant stay at Butterfly on Prat. Their family room is big enough for a family of 5. We had 3 kids and it was difficult to find hotels in HK that catered to big families. The location was awesome! It was a few minutes walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station. McDonald's, 7-11 and Circle K was just on the same street as the hotel. A lot of authentic Chinese/Cantonese restos were also on the same street and the food was so good! It was very accessible! The room is always clean and the towels were changed every day. We had a very comfortable stay and rested well after our days out of going around Hong Kong. We will definitely stay again at this hotel when we come back to HK!

It has big space for hongkong room hotel , the staff was very nice and helpfull. Eventhough there was no restaurant but we could get hongkong authentic breakfast and snacks nearby. It takes around 10-15 to get MTR.

Awesome experience. Near at Airport shuttle stops. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Recommend banget hotelnya, di pusat keramaian belanja maupun makan. Tidak jauh pula dari station temsim sha tsui. Kamar bersih and wangi aromateraphy.
