Very clean hotel. Restaurant available and complementary breakfast. Receptionist very helpful good experience overall. Also free shuttle to the airport.

It couldn't be better!

It’s a great hotel and I love the staff. The Frontdesk staff very friendly they responsible. And I really like this hotel. You can walk to a couple of shopping malls and there is a casino you can walk to which is inside the mall and is next to a police station so very protected and very safe.

Close to airport with airport pickup , breakfast was ok , but staff was very pleasant and helpful. hotel was also clean. i would definately stay again.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and everything the hotel had to offer. The only downside was the bathroom amenities. The Tierra Viva products had a strong herbal scent that wasn’t pleasant for us. We were expecting a lighter, fruity fragrance, but instead they smelled almost like cilantro. While this comes down to personal preference, we felt it detracted slightly from an otherwise excellent experience.
