Room was clean and cozy. Having the cafe attached to the property was a bonus. Didn't use the pool. They charge an eco tax not advised by Expedia. It's like 35 pesos though, so not bad but people should be aware.

En general bien, esta bien ubicado y limpio pero mi regadera no funcionó los 2 días que estuve ahí, me dijeron que recién arreglaron una bomba de agua y que tal vez tenia aire, que dejara correr el agua un tiempo pero no funcionó, salía un chorrito que no ayudaba en nada.

The structure of the hotel was amazing I really loved the atmosphere! The service was really nice and made sure we had a good stay.

I had a wonderful experience at Casa Barbara. Every staff member I encountered, from the receptionist to the cleaning staff, was delightful and eager to help! Ricardo the manager was wonderful! THANK YOU for the Papaya Bread it was delicious. 1

Fue un buen lugar donde pasar la noche, la mayor parte del tiempo estuvimos en la playa.

The hotel is beautiful, unfortunately for the two nights I stayed there I didn’t have hot water for the shower

Gute Lage, von der Fähre fußläufig erreichbar. Auch das Zentrum/der Strand alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zimmer war soweit renoviert wirkte aber noch etwas "unfertig", wir haben uns trotzdem wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit dort genoßen. Unser Zimmer hatte kein warmes Wasser zum duschen, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption bot uns aber an das Zimmer zu wechseln bzw. in einem anderen Zimmer zu duschen. Wifi funktioniert einwandfrei.

me entregaron una habitación con muchas cosas sin servir, como cortinas de la recamara sin cubrir toda la ventana y no tener privacidad, la cortina del baño muy grande y pesada y por lo tanto se caía y su base estaba mal instalada, de los 6 días solo hicieron el aseo un solo día, solo tuve agua caliente dos días, la chapa de la puerta no cerraba bien, la podia abrir cualquier persona desde afuera, la taza del baño no tenia tapa donde sentarse y llegar a un lugar donde uno ya pago por eso y tener que decirles que lo tienen que arreglar eso no es placentero, la verdad un servicio de porqueria, un hotel malísimo

es el peor hotel que me e quedado en mi vida hel hotel esta muy bien de diseño pero subren mucho de agua y luz yo me quede 3 noches y en esos dias se fua como 10 veces la luz y 10 veces el agua, ya se que la isla sufre de eso pero en esa ocacion todos tenian lus en la isla menos ese hotel y de agua ya mejor no dijo, y tembien en mi balcon estaba una palona muerta y se tardaron un dia en quitarla, no cambian las tuallas y asi.

Todo excelente! Como siempre! Solo que no había agua caliente en hab 04 y el inodoro no llena agua en la caja, tuve que pedir una cubeta en recepción. Por lo demás… excelente

El hotel está bien, salvo unos problemas cuando se va la energía eléctrica, que se entiende por se una isla, pero que nos trajo algunos inconvenientes en la habitación.

Bra men enkla rum som funkar en kortare tid. Tyvärr väldigt trög toalett och avlopp så det luktade och var en ständig oro att det skulle bli stopp. Poolen var avstängd flera dagar. ACn funkade utmärkt

Chambre passable, mais décevante comparé aux photos. Aucune isolation phonique entre les chambres. Piscine indisponible pendant l’intégralité de notre séjour, ce qui est très frustrant avec les températures sur place, et qui était un des éléments de choix de cet hôtel.

2 chambres, 2 ambiances La 1ere à l'étage côté jardin très correcte malgré un rideau occultant manquant et peu de serviettes pour 4. La 2eme, beaucoup plus spacieuse ( et plus chère) mais côté rue donc tres bruyant, sans oublier la laverie des 6h du matin, pas cool. En revanche, le personnel a été formidable et arrangeant à tout niveau. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, tout est fait maison, mais pourrait être un peu plus copieux . Merci pour ce bon moment.

L'endroit est très bien situé à distance de marche du ferry et de la plage et près de plusieurs commodités (restaurants, dépanneurs, guichet, boutiques). La chambre est belle, spacieuse, confortable. Personnel très sympathique. La douche est le principal problème : pression variable entre très peu et peu et température variable entre plutôt froid et tiède. Chacun de nous n'a pas eu la chance de profiter du tiède, c'était très aléatoire. Piscine assez brouille à notre arrivée, mieux plus tard. Mais avec la mer à quelques pas, c'est plutôt là qu'on s'est baigné. La cour arrière est vraiment belle. Mais amenez du chasse-moustique (et ça, c'est pas que pour l'hôtel, mais pour toute l'île).
