Very convenient location but disappointed that the wifi in the room was poor and hardly acceptable for a business visitor ! Must improve or will not choose this hotel again !

Aufeenthalt war sehr gut und die Lage ist gut. Nur die Zimmer die sind sehr klein aber sehr modern Eingerichtet. Mangelhaft und Enteuschend war, dass es keinen Minibar gab.

This a well presented hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had requested gluten free bread for my breakfast and the kitchen staff supplied me with bread, cake and biscuits every morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. It is around a ten minute walk from the hotel to the centre of Aveiro. Very happy with our stay at the Alfonso.

It is close to canal, which you can walk along to downtown. It was a small room but clean and modern. Very friendly and helpful check-in folks.

People were nice, rooms were cleaned daily; hotel places in local neighborhood to feel like a part of the community. Minutes walking distance from Main Street attractions… I would go back for sure.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit guter Atmosphäre, in dem man gut entspannen kann und zentral zu der schönen Innenstadt von Aveiro ist, sehr gutes Frühstück.

This hotel is beautifully decorated. The location is good and close to the river. The staff are nice and helpful. I took an one-hour massage and only cost me 60 euros.

Arrived at noon and couldn’t check in until 3, despite all signs pointing to the hotel being empty. The front desk treated us like we were an inconvenience when we checked in. Not a single smile from the man or woman at the front desk. Absolutely brutal. The internet was unsecured—no password required. The two young guys who started at the front desk at 4, along with the young lady working with them, were awesome. Super friendly and made all the difference. The day we left at 6:30 am, we got temporarily locked in the basement. You have to press a button to get from the garage to the hotel. I assume the night clerk was not at the desk. There's a button to push to get out of the garage, but it wasn't clearly marked. The button is on the right side of the car, so you have to get out of your car to push it. When I explained this to the front desk, the man looked at me with clear frustration, as if it should have been obvious. Would not return bcause of the way we were treated at check in and check out.

Ótimo hotel. Limpo, confortável, calmo. Area externa muito boa. Café da manhã bom, mas senti falta de frutas cortadas , salada de frutas. Havia banana, Maçã e tangerinas inteiras, mas prefiro fatiadas.

La habitación es amplia y cómoda pero mi experiencia fue bastante negativa. Pedi habitación con cama doble y me dieron dos individuales, al decirselo me dicen que no hay opción de doble pero que pueden unirlas y montarla con ropa de cama matrimonial, nunca lo hicieron. Elegí este hotel porque tenía spa y fue una decepción, el agua de la piscina principal estaba fría con lo cual no invita a disfrutar y relajarse precisamente. El hotel en sí está bien pero los servicios y atención a mi personalmente me dejaron un mal sabor de boca.

L'hôtel Afonso V est un très bel hôtel, très propre. Le petit déjeuner correct. Bien situé par rapport au centre ville. Cependant, l'accueil à notre arrivée était froid. Les personnes n'ont même pas pris le temps de nous accueillir convenablement. Pas un regard, même pas un bienvenu ou un bonjour avec un sourire.....Déçue aussi par le SPA, qui était froid pas agréable du tout. C'est vraiment dommage car l'hôtel avec son grand hall d'entrée, les parties communes et la chambre sont supers.

Muito limpo. Funcional. Boa relação qualidade preço. Quarto beneficiaria de um pouco mais de espaço de circulação entre cama e mesa de apoio/televisão. Staff cortês e simpatico. Restaurante que parece fazer parte do hotel embora não o seja, onde jantei bem.

A recepção não foi gentil. Um funcionário nos tratou de modo deselegante e frio.

O Hotel é bonito, elegante, tem um hall de entrada clássico, com decoração de ótimo bom gosto. Pelas paredes do andar do apartamento e tbem da recepção tem quadros de azulejos azuis pintados, isto me encantou. O café da manhã é farto, com variedades, a cana é ótima, grande, ótimos lençóis bem como as roupas de banho, grandes, perfumadas e felpudas. A localização é ótima, pertinho do centro comercial e de onde partem os barcos moliceiros. Amamos !!
