有一個胖女人，服務態度超級差. 房間也很小. 一點不像4星酒店. One of staff ‘s attitude is very bad , room is very small, do not like 4star hotel.

Warm feelings clean good staff good location just low shower pressure

It's great hotel, clean and spacious. Not sure have renovation recently, everything looks new and tidy, well maintained hotel. Bathroom was setup well. It's easily to located, just on the road side. Duty manager Andrew very friendly and helpful to show me the room straight. I love Brown restaurant, tradition British restaurant, they served the Seabass and ice cream was great. It's better option than B&B if two person only.

去FORT WILLIAM 睇景所以要住一冕，酒店状態不錯，但我想不要會給我地下的房間。 雖然方便但沒有景觀，浪費了當地的景觀沒有方法在房間欣賞。

It seem that just like a B&B, but it cost a hotel price...

Fort William is a great city with a wonderful old town. Our stay here was nothing but excellent. At check in we received assistance to our room by the friendly staff in the hotel. Our room was clean, quiet and had plenty of space. It had two twin beds pushed together which were super comfortable. The hotel had a restaurant. We had a delicious dinner and cocktails as well as breakfast included in the morning. The service was so wonderful—everyone was friendly and kind. We will definitely stay here again!

Overall it's fine. It was clean and well presented, fridge with cold water in is always a nice touch, tea facilities come with a good selecyand biscuits, again a nice touch. Room was small, which is fine, but the only real negative was anytime the next room used their bathroom the sound of water running was so loud in my room it was impossible to sleep through.

Staff was very nice and helpful, but ACs randomly turned on and off and were very loud, disturbing sleep. And the washing machine sucked

It was okay. It definitely was not my favorite place that we stayed on our trip. My daughter wanted to take a shower when we got there and when she turned all the water the faucets were broken and were spraying water all over the place. We had to ask to be moved to another room. They wanted to just wait and call a plumber. It was also a little bit of a Trek to get to our room. It was up three different sets of stairs and through three different fire doors. The room was clean and spacious. like I said okay but not great. If we were to go back I would probably try somewhere else.

Little problem with communication between Expedia and hotel. Front desk personnel Effectively fixed the problem and made us feel Relieved and welcome. Wonderful stay!

We could not have been happier with our stay. The staff was amazing. So welcoming. We had dinner in the restaurant and it did not disappoint. We would definitely return. It was very clean and comfortable.

Perfectly placed for where we wanted to visit. The staff were all really lovely, nice breakfast, comfy bed and everything available that you need. The hotel was very clean. We did the cow hill circuit, which was just behind the hotel and Neptune's staircase is a nice walk away.

Nothing wrong but the hotel is dated and has halls with fire doors and stairs throughout which made it feel maze-like. Parking lot was tiny, maybe 10 spots.

We had a wonderful stay at Nevis BankHotel. Can’t say enough good things, especially about the staff
