Staffs are good.But the property managed very badly

No wi fi. Quite basic hotel but good price. Central in Trivandrum. Pleasant helpful staff

Badly maintained rooms,poor quality accessories in baathroom

This Hotel owned by KTDC, Kerala Govt undertaking is located very near to the Trivandrum Central Ralway Station and KSRTC Central Bus Station. Hotel Rooms require urgent maintenance to keep up with modern comforts. There are non-working water taps, hot water comes in a thread in the 5th floor bath room.Premises and rooms require extensive maintenance and repairs. It is family friendly budget hotel,the staff service is OK, but not great. There is a restaurant which serves neat food. I have to wait about 10 minutes at the check-in counter as the staff there took lot of time to verify the Reservation and allot room. Room is of average comforts, TV and Ac was working fortunately, bathroom requires renovation, as taps are leaking, hot water comes in a thread at the 5th floor room,

Finely located, good exterior. Rooms and interior totally bad. AC was not working properly. Totally bad experience.

I used to stay only in Chaithram some 10-15 years back.Then the room was maontained good.Now it is poorly maintained and the people in the reception at the time of check out not responded for my queries.

駅・バスターミナルがとても近く、タクシーやリキシャも沢山とまっていて、移動には大変便利でした。夜中の2時でもリキシャを捕まえられました。バスターミナル横には食堂や 飲み物やお菓子を売っている売店もあり、食べ物にも困りません。ホテル内に食堂もあります。設備や部屋は とても古いです。水シャワーですが 蛇口からはお湯が出ます。Wi-Fiは全くありません。

Pretty much like - what you get is what you pay for. Ok, if you don't want to be in room for whole day. Small room. Helpful staff. Biggest plus is, its proximity to train station. Taxi drivers that wait outside the hotel gate are the only ones you can get in this area, and therefore, they have a monopoly on rates.

Can be made good if maintained well. All staff need strong training

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. NOT FIT FOR THE TARIFF WE PAY. SERVICE BY STAFF (EXCEPT RECEPTION & RESTAURANT STAFF) IS POOR.

Zentral gelegen.ideal für eine zwischenubernachtung. Indisches Frühstück. Zimmer schon abgewohnt aber groß und sauber. Direkt daneben das indian cafe house. Unbedingt besuchen.

Excellent location, good food and service, toilet floor and appliances need to be refurbished, window AC outside the room was full of bird droppings, it may be kept clean and neat

Really Pathetic hotel. Looks like a hotel from past. Smelly toilets, dark corridors, stained bed sheets..

shower not working... very noisy place... liked buffet meals-sorta.... folks there mixed bag- some good, some clueless....... Trivandrum is polluted-that is hard one to ignore and not Hotel fault... smell like excrement everywhere !!Hotel is older and needs some love and care............... you can do better......... matt

Reasonable stay. Free break fast was great. I have not received any bed coffee.Again I booked for one more stay at December 2015.

.The cleaniness of room was not up to the expectations.

Rooms needs to be cleaner, especially the toilet.
