My car was broken into. Bumper left hanging after theives tried to steal it.

Requested first floor occupancy. Were told there were none available on arrival. Staff member suggested a third floor room. When she realised my jusband was on crutches we were offered a first floor room with the caveat that air condition was not functioning. We accepted that one as there are no elevators in this hotel. We have stayed here every year for the last 14 years, this is the first time we had a problem at check-in.

La Habitación no tenía agua, me cambiaron y no había aire acondicionado y me volvieron a cambiar y la otra habitación me la dieron con cama individual cuando la pedí doble

Staff are great. Too bad there are no amenities in the area. Great place to atop for a quick nap then back on the highway

Nos asignaron un cuarto que no habian aseado, despues dem cambio , nos dieron uno con micho ruido

Llegamos solo para descansar, hace falta cambio de colchones.

No face towels, hand towels or tissue. Toweren bedding. Noisy location, MAJOR TRUCK STOP location. Workers, guards very suspect. DO NOT stay here.

The only restaurant near by is a truckers stop.

No restaurant and area is terrible

Secure parking. Clean. Nice staff.
