酒店的早餐一般，中午及晚上自助歺还可以，酒店附近环境就不怎样了。酒店的电梯用房卡常常出现问题，非常不好用。酒店的商务中心还可以，员工有善服务。但是退房时神速地切断了你的WiFi，真是不好！房间内床比较舒适，卫生间也不错，只是电视陈旧了一点，酒店没有什么景观可言，偶然公干出差住一两天还可以，但是超过三天就烦了，没有任何购物商城在附近。

Good stay

During my stay, a hotel staff entered my room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign being clearly displayed. This interrupted my sleep and felt like a serious invasion of privacy. Such behavior is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this level.

We had a one-night stay at The Westin, and I must say it’s the best luxury property in Gurugram. The hotel has a distinct charm and elegance that sets it apart from others in the region. Our room was beautiful and well-appointed with all essential amenities, including a refrigerator, work desk, and hot tub. The breakfast and dinner spreads were magnificent, among the largest and most delicious I’ve seen in India and the other dining options were equally impressive. The pool and gym were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. The staff was courteous, well-trained, and made every effort to ensure our stay was extra special. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

Horrible service. They gave me a room whose wardrobe was leaking water from the room upstairs. A replacement room was provided after constant follow up with the front desk. The delay caused me to miss a critical business meeting causing me a financial loss. Will never stay here again
