位于市中心的酒店，离大学医院也很近，到市政厅和教堂都是步行距离。酒店环境不错，前台服务人员的态度非常好。

poor qulity ,small room

Just 1 minute walk to rhein river and convenient to the old city plaza

Very nice and classy hotel in the centre of Basel. Staff are very nice and hopeful. This is my third or fourth stay in a year

Front desk is super friendly. And very helpful on offering info. But their logo outside the hotel isn't so clear, it takes us a while to find it when we are standing in front of it crossing from the street.

Das Zimmer war extrem laut, wir konnten kaum in den Schlaf finden. Es war die bis spät in die Nacht lautet Musik hörbar, als ob sich ein Club direkt im Gebäude befinden würde. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett, Check-in schnell und effizient.

The hotel is located perfectly in the middle of the city and the staff were extremely friendly on check in. We were given a Basel travel card for the duration of our stay which was really appreciated. The room was a great size and was very comfortable and clean.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet from the exterior noise.

Great hotel in a the best location. Our room was small but very well appointed and had a balcony and a nice view from the top floor. Service was smooth and friendly. Gluhwein and biscuits are complimentary at Christmas time in the lobby. This hotel was the best value in its category during Christmas period. I would go back.

Fabulous location on the edge of the old town. Great staff. Comfortable bed, but only dim lighting in the room. Also, in our “Executive Room”, there was a weird slightly frosted, glass panel between the bedroom and the bathroom. It didn’t appear to serve any useful purpose (both rooms had windows, so didn’t need the light)- and I’m not sure that I really wanted to see what my roommate is doing in the bathroom when I was in the bedroom. It also meant that you couldn’t turn on the light in the bathroom without disturbing your sleeping partner in the bedroom. Breakfast was ok (once you get over the sticker shock of Swiss prices) - with fruit, muesli, cheese, meat, croque monsieur, crepes, lemon cake, etc.

Hotel was wonderful. Staff friendly. Great location.
