I can not believe, the hotel don't have laundry service? And as the mid-to-high-end hotel and for business trip, the hotel don't supply "Laundry"? Furthermore, there is one people in recption after 10 pm, how come?

The air conditioner is too weak made the room temperature too high & cannot sleep well. However, the location is very convenient, still worthy to stay.

星期日入住時的服務人員缺乏耐心，問問題時呈現不耐煩的表情，早餐服務人員很貼心，記得喜歡的樣式，並自動詢問是否需要準備，房間沒有冰箱，長住一個禮拜，存放食物不方便。

Better to have hot water inside the room

Room has smell of smoke, other than that was ok. But we chosen out of center but the way to there the traffic is terrible

location is good, 2-3 min walking distance to the train station, if free breakfast and water is offered it will be perfect!

It was a really pleasant stay. The hotel locates really close to the train station. The staff were nice and the room was clean and comfortable, especially the relaxing washroom. The connection of WiFi in room was also stable and strong but it was only available for 12 hours, I think you will need to pay afterwards. To conclude, it's a good place to stay!

NH Ludwigsburg hotel is in a great position and provides all the necessary for a short business trip. What I enjoyed the most were the rich and plentiful breakfast, the kind personnel and the overall design of the building. Unfortunately I wasn't impressed by the room, which was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The corners and shelves weren't cleaned or dusted properly, the shower door hinge was crooked and dirty, the curtains pulled up a lot of dust when moved. I found a stain of blood on one of the cupboards by the bed. The bed mattress wasn't very comfortable for my taste. Please give more love to the rooms, because I think they are not on the same high level of the rest of the structure.

Es war ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Hotel kann man weiter empfehlen.

Tolles Hotel, mit nettem Personal. Für für einen Besuchb der MHP Arene. Zimmerreinung auf Abruf gefällt mir nicht so. Bad und Dusche könnten mal renoviert werden. TV schlecht sortierte Sender und wenig Auswahl.

Es gibt keinen Schrank mit Fächern für die Kleidung . Wenn man mehr als einen Tag bleibt, bleiben die Kleider im Koffer. Für ein Paar ist das sehr unbequem. Es gibt ein paar Kleiderbügel. Es gibt auch keinen Kühlschrank,
