The room is wonderful, clean, safe, quiet and having an excellent view. The location is in the middle between Pamplona and Burlada. You can get a bus No. 4 to go to the Pamplona city centre. However it takes a 20 minutes walk to the city centre of Pamplona without cover. You can call a taxi to go there with 5 to 10 minutes. The services is excellent, and the staff are very willing to help. The room is locked with fingerprint. I was impressed by its bathroom and bed. An excellent choice for relaxation during normal days. The restaurant is good and helpful, especially we you need hot water. There is no kettle in the room, they do provide bottles of cold water inside the refrigerator.

très bel hôtel, bien situé avec Parking, chambre grande et lumineuse. Le personnel a été excellent. Belle piscine intérieure avec spa Le seul point à améliorer, serait l'équipement de la salle de sport et son l'éclairage.

Habitación en perfecto estado , la atención del personal muy buena , el estacionamiento incluido es muy bueno , algo lejano de la zona céntrica pero un taxi de 8 euros lo solucióna

Très bel hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses Le personnel est accueillant La proximité de l’hôtel de la ville par soir la piste cyclable soit le chemin de compostelle est appréciable Le bémol est l’absence d’une piscine accessible de tous. Le spa a 30€ par chambre pour 1h est du vol pour les services proposés - à éviter

Loved this hotel. We were there for the Running of the Bulls...its an easy walk to/from Pamplona town centre (as taxis were tought to get at the end of the evening). Staff were great, room was fantastic - quiet, good blackout blinds, good shower etc; breakfast was excellent. We only stayed one night but welould definitely stay at this hotel again..

Our room was large and comfortable with a big outdoor terrace. The hotel’s setting is peaceful with quick access to walking and bicycling pathways. The hotel has storage options for bicycles. Staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Hôtel calme, propre et personnel parfait Problèmes : Prise de courant défectueuse à côté du lit 1 TV sans chaînes françaises 1 autre TV non fonctionnelle Pas de gel douche dans la douche (2 shampooings et 1 conditioner) Pas de kit de rasage, ni de dentifrice et brosse à dents (seulement protection cheveux et peigne) Suggestion : ne buvant pas de café, mettre bouilloire et thé car seulement cafetière avec dosettes

Hotel bien situé assez proche du centre. Les chambres sont tres spacieuses. Le parking gratuit est appréciable. Petit dejeuner assez complet.
