Best hotel experience!

The room is wonderful, clean, safe, quiet and having an excellent view. The location is in the middle between Pamplona and Burlada. You can get a bus No. 4 to go to the Pamplona city centre. However it takes a 20 minutes walk to the city centre of Pamplona without cover. You can call a taxi to go there with 5 to 10 minutes. The services is excellent, and the staff are very willing to help. The room is locked with fingerprint. I was impressed by its bathroom and bed. An excellent choice for relaxation during normal days. The restaurant is good and helpful, especially we you need hot water. There is no kettle in the room, they do provide bottles of cold water inside the refrigerator.

Preciosa habitación y muy buen trato

Das Hotel wirbt mit einem Spa Wellnessbereich. Der Grund fpr meine Buchung. Angekommen wird mir gesagt, der Komplette Spa Bereich ist geschlossen. Warum wird dann damit geworven?

The room was lovely but the food and drink in the restaurant was horrendous, I have never in my life paid so much for a 2 inch by 4 inch piece of cod and then to get charged for a pint of larger that was in a half pint glass , only 3/4 full and then a 2 inch head , total rip off and will never return

Everything about the hotel was great.

The staff at reception was very kind and check in went smooth. The room is fantastic - really great value!

Gran variedad

Spa and pool closed but we were only informed a few days before we travelled. Reception staff cared very little re our disappointment (one of main reasons we booked it) and offered us a room with a terrace (in winter so of no use) as compensation. Asked to be refunded so we can find another hotel but they would not allow this. Terrible experience in customer service. Rooms were actually very nice hence not giving 1*.

Excelente hotel, amplias y preciosas habitaciones con baño enorme. Camas muy cómodas. Me hicieron un Upgrade. Personal muy amable y profesional. Desayuno buenísimo. Parking fácil y gratuito en garaje del hotel. Todo espectacular

Surclassement en suite . Chambre lumineuse et spacieuse

très bel hôtel, bien situé avec Parking, chambre grande et lumineuse. Le personnel a été excellent. Belle piscine intérieure avec spa Le seul point à améliorer, serait l'équipement de la salle de sport et son l'éclairage.
