The bed was so hard it was like sleeping on the floor. Really struggled to sleep the hardest mattress I have ever slept on considering we paid extra to upgrade to a twin.

it surprized me when i found a water purifier in th room. There was a coffee machine with capsules provided, for free. Clean, spacious, quiet place. Lacation couldnt be better. 25minuit walk to Nagoya Castle.

- huge room for Japan but old - Bed and pillow were not comfortable at all - Staff was great! - Least favourite hotel out of all six we stayed in.

前の滞在者の使用済みタオルが引き出しに残っていたので 清掃の見落としがあったのかもです フロントに連絡したら即対応して頂けたので良かったです あと エアウィーヴのマットレスが最高に寝やすくて良かったです 寝具のクオリティが高いのは高評価ですね

Comfortable- but no room amenitys such as enough tea and have to pay for coffee capsules - charged extra for early check in even though room was ready

Nice and friendly place to staying

The hotel was excellent. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were quick to respond to any requests. The location is particularly good for people who want to enjoy the nightlife in Sakae, and there are plenty of other locations that are in easy walking distance from the hotel. My only complaint was the breakfast that the hotel offered at its in-house restaurant. I tried nearly everything that was offered during breakfast, and the food was only adequate. In my opinion, the breakfast was not worth the price. The restaurant meals at other times of day might be really good, but breakfast was so average I didn't bother trying lunch or dinner.

スタッフさんは丁寧で親切です。部屋は整潔で備品もお揃いで、居心地がとてもいい。また今度泊まって行きます。

Was nice and good location

Hotel is less than 10 min walk from the station. I really like that there's a water dispenser in the room. Room was surprisingly larger than expected for Japanese hotels. Internet was also quite fast.

駐車券を紛失してしまったが担当の方々が親切に対応して下さり、なんとか元の金額での支払いでいけました。 とても助かりました。

部屋やフロントの対応はとても快適でした。 やや朝食会場が狭く、時期的に、グループでずっと話をしながら食事をしている方達がいたのが気になりましたが、仕方がないのかなぁと。

Whenever I come to Nagoya I stay here It is the best
