Muy bueno el desayuno y el personal que te atiende

We stayed at NH Coatzacoalcos twice during our road trip with our dogs and had a great experience both times. The hotel is very pet-friendly, the staff is welcoming, and the rooms are clean with exceptionally comfortable mattresses. A special thanks to the security guard out front, who helped with our luggage and provided extra peace of mind since we had belongings in our vehicle. While the property is a bit older, it offers excellent value and was a perfect stop for us and our dogs. We would gladly stay here again.

NH Coatzacoalcos was very pet-friendly and the staff was friendly too. The security guard out front helped with our luggage also. Nice touch. The rooms were clean, and the mattresses were extremely comfortable. While the hotel is a bit older, it was perfect for our needs and budget during our road trip north and south with our dogs. We would definitely stay here again.

No quisieron emitirnos factura, la reservación fue por expedia, pero en todos los hoteles expiden facturas sin importar porque plataforma reserves

Excelente valor por el dinero... En mi opinión solo le hace falta mantenimiento, renovar pisos, accesorios de los baños, etc.

El chef del desayuno perdió la sonrisa la olvidó quién sabe dónde solo se cargó la cara larga y grosero. Recepción parece que de verdad tiene mala vida pobres.

Muy rico el desayuno me sorprendió, muy buena ubicación… me quedaría sin dudarlo nuevamente…

Las instalaciones viejas Solo había 1 toalla y éramos 2 personas por cada habitación Nunca contestaron en Ama de llaves El A/A hacía muchísimo ruido No volvería y NO LO RECOMIENDO

La habitación estaba limpia, un poco descuidada la sección del baño en donde no cerraba bien la puerta y tenía algunas grietas la barra donde se coloca el lavabo, muy cómoda la cama, y buen espacio. El desayuno estaba bien aunque muy poco variado al ser buffet pero buen sazon. Zona de estacionamiento con buen espacio.

Aunque el hotel está volviendo a operar el mantenimiento y el estado actual de la propiedad es muy malo necesita mucho mantenimiento desde los apagadores, camas, puertas ventas cortinas. Tienen un reto bien grande; pero el grupo hotelero es muy fuerte y podrán llevarlo a un nivel muy bueno

The picture of the hotel need to be updated. The room was dirty and sheets had stains. In addition the hotel says that it is pet friendly but does not mention that they an expensive charge for each pet. I arrived 20 minutes early and they would not let me in even though hotel was empty.

Everything was great only need switch the coffee brand because tastes like old and burned
