The facilities were very outdated. The lift is scarry, very old. I had no cash money after losing my wallet, but the hotel card facilities were very outdated. My girlfriend had to bank transfer 45 Australian dollars (1050 Baht) from abroad, for a meal that cost 35 dollars, that I was told I could pay with card. The card facilities were very old, and I could not pay. My card (phone) was fine at many other places in Ayutthaya, but not this expensive hotel. Meal was not worth 35 dollars, let alone 45 dollars. I regret management not helping more in this situation that was caused by the hotel. I was left to feel very bad for having this outstanding bill, until I was able to go to considerable efforts to resolve. This obviously was a nice hotel once, and I like a lot the old furnishings.

i've think that wasn't 4star's hotel, that should be 3, in bathroom, there was no toothpaste & Brush & bad towel condition, in room, outside window full of bird droppings, so disgusting. The hotel's staff unfriendly as well, but for the breakfast have a good taste.

我喜欢它。位置好，酒店好，景色好，交通方便，早餐很好。

住宿很干净。酒店位置便利，出行方便。很安静。工作人员服务非常好。

Air con does not work well. Food and drink service person at night (room service) seems lazy. Info provided not clear enough, wash basin in bathroom does not work
