This hotel seems to be run by friendly family and people. During my stay, they were good to me and my dad, guilding us to the train station, ordered a cheap taxi for us, helped me to open the bathroom door when I didn't know how to open it. It was also quiet and considerated place to sleep at night, we enjoyed our stay.

Warm and welcoming. Super clean throughout. Great location and with excellent choice of parking ie outside / nearby side street or private area. Great for a work stay with small fridge in the room.

The room was small but clean and nicely decorated. The bathroom was newly redecorated. The proprietor was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient for Heathrow and the M25 and M4 are nearby.

Really friendly service & great welcome. Local recommendations. Very close to easy transport links. I can't comment on breakfast as I had an early start and unable to assess eco-friendliness, as a late night arrival and early departure, only staying for the one night. Hotel has been refurbished since my last stay here 3-4years ago, and is now very fresh & clean. I have already booked again for a future trip.

I usually don't bother with reviews but I really wanted to point out how nice the people who work at this place are and how it's a great option for a missed flight disaster or whatever you're dealing with around Heathrow. If you're going to arrive after 10 PM make sure you contact them to get the self-check in codes and instructions. Fridge in room , tea and coffee in room and cozy set up. My 7 AM Uber to Heathrow was only 15 GPB.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Clean room and tasty breakfasts. Not the most pretty location, right by the road, but the service well made up for it. Thanks for a nice stay!

The room and ensuite bathroom were spotless and the bed very comfortable - I had a great night's sleep. On arrival I received a warm welcome and given helpful guidance on nearby dining options after being shown to my room. I found the staff friendly and felt like a valued customer - happy to recommend! We left early to catch a flight and didn't have the breakfast, but the host was SO nice!! He made us feel right at home. The bed was comfy, and the premises were clean. Having free parking was really nice, and an easy drive to the airport. Great price too!

Really amazing owner Tom went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and had all the area info I needed. This BnB has every room from a tiny 1-person (shared bath) to big, 2-beds for a family. The couple of blocks on the same street has great Indian food and a fab breakfast place. Train stop is there to get into central London or to the SW. Bus stop right in front takes you straight to Heathrow for just £2.75. Can’t beat that!
