They were very accommodative and helped us with our special request . Very professional staff and very clean rooms .

Comfortable stay and clean although the floors in the kitchen and bathroom had hair on them from previous occupants. We also had ants in the kitchen even though we had no food. Reception did give us some ant spray which helped. Location is great close to town, the park and local eateries however it is noisy at night being on a busy road.

The studio with king bed was very spacious and quiet, and well equipped….i have stayed in the one bedroom apartment before which was on the street side and was noisy at night time but the studio was on the other side and was very quiet and had a nice outlook to the garden area….would stay again

Good stay handy to park and botanic garden

Stay was excellent, clean, convenient and small bar on property was great.

Young woman at front desk was so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable and clean

Our room was nice and clean, and lots of space which was great. Unfortunately our room was not serviced, which was a little disappointing. Everything worked well though, good pressure in the shower and the bed was comfortable.

This is the first time i had stayed at Carnmore Hagley park. I have to say, it was amazing. So clean. Well presented. Staff we're very friendly.

Great size apartment, has everything you need to make for a relaxing stay. Comfortable beds and super clean. Plenty of parking, close to everything. Friendly staff.

Good night stopover here. Clean, bed was beautifully firm and in good condition. Place is pretty new and had everything we needed to have a comfortable night

Old.. run down.. toilet paper stuffed in the broken bathroom door handle.. The hotel changed me twice for the stay.. was largely unapologetic and the second charge has yet to be returned to my account. Don’t stay here.. it’s awful.

Clean and tidy, friendly staff and convenient location. We've enjoyed our stay and have just booked the next one. Thanks guys.

Walking distance to the Botanic Garden and town center

Location was great, was expecting it to be noisy being where it was but quiet. Enjoyable stay and hopefully will return.
