Professional and warm service.

Quiet area, service is pretty good

Rooms are big and spacious that come with age

Wonderful stay. Very close to the subway station and many amenities. Staffs are very nice and helpful. Room is clean with nice lake view. Like this place. Definitely will stay again.

Great hotel

This renaissance impresses me with all aspects. I will stay here again next time I visit Tianjin.

Good Covid controls and cleanliness. Minor maintenance going on our floor, with noise kept at minimum. Breakfast with variety and great hospitality.

Great location. Easy access to public transport. Lake view is a highlight. Warm hospitality. A little bit of improvement on cleanliness would make a short stay just perfect.

The guy working in the swimming poor was very rude. I asked him if there was any button to turn on the jet water for the spa, he answered me like he wanted to hit me. Very hard to find cold drinking water(ice or ice water) in the hotel.

Hotels.com made mistakenly sent wrong info to hotel a d i had some problems with checking in at front desk but hotel resolved it. Service representative at front desk Miss sun kim was very helpful and kind

Nice hotel and good breakfast

Very late check in and then had problems with the aircon in my room. They moved me within half an hour, very friendly and helpful. Room was fine, pretty standard stuff for this class of hotel, but the bathroom was the best part: spacious, well equipped, great shower. Breakfast was also great.
