Staff are friendly! Near Metro

The location is located in the center of city and not far from many attractions; for example, it's only 20 mins by foot to Louvre Museum and 15 mins by foot to Opera Garnier, Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Department Store. There are 2 lines metro near the Hotel, so it's really convenient to go to everywhere in Paris. Also, the surroundings are really pleasant and safe. The staff is really helpful and can communicate with English. Really nice stay!

The staff are so nice that they help us to chase back the luggage we get lose in when we travel by plain! They are really helpful! The staff remember when room you are in. The room are clean and we were upgrade to 3 people room and have a bath tude. The room was clean everyday!

位置很好，交通便捷，卫生很好，房间小了些。前台服务人员很热情，还有那位年轻的女华人在前台工作，也很不错。

We are trapped in lift for 1.5 hours in mid-night. The reception guy kept asking us to wait their techecian coming back from Paris somewhere to hotel and be patient. At first, he just said 15 mins more; then 15 mins more; then 15 mins AGAIN. We kept asking him to call firemen and police but he insisted their company policy must just call techecian only. Since there are no CCTV, no fan and no walkie-talkie insides lift, we just keep shouting and press the alarm but that reception didnt response everytime even we started to feel dizzy and sick. We just felt so scared that no one knew we were trapped insides.1 hour later, the techecian was still on the way to come but without the actual arrival time. Then, we tried to open the door by our hand, and luckily that 2 other customers help us to open the outsides lift door together. We finally open a little gap to breath the air. With the help from other customers, they accompany us outsides the lift and force the reception to call the firmen. Firemen came to hotel near 1.5 hours later by using 5 mins time, we came out the lift. Such a unforgetable experiences in our Paris trip!

小而巧的旅館，有陽台，無空調，所幸有大片窗戶 ，不過對街就有住家，房間沒熱水瓶，需要到一樓跟服務人員索取，整理來講CP值算高。

沒有冷氣空調，空間較小，但是環境很棒值得推薦

飯店非常乾淨, 人員也非常親切. 在鬧區的巷子內, 安靜又方便. 房內很漂亮有個小陽台.很浪漫

Le bruit très tôt le matin c'est vraiment pas terrible pour être un endroit soit disant calme ,et attention le tarif exorbitant pour stationner 30 euros la nuit et être stationner le long d'un trottoir .. nous ne reviendrons pas.

The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel is situated within Walking distance to many shops and restaurant

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here for the short time we were in Paris. It’s is a great location. The hotel is older, so no air conditioning which made the nights uncomfortable. However, the staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They were able to provide us with an extra fan. When we checked out they were able to keep our luggage for the day and when we returned they even found a pair of shoes we left in the room and kept them at the desk for us. I would stay here again if I visit in the cooler months.

Sauber und in gute Lage

Really nice for the money . Very close to Louvre . We did louvre , E. Rover in a day . Breakfast is pretty poor selection so we went to supermarket just behind the corner and receptionist let us use the tables downstairs . Really nice people .

Ottima posizione nel centro di Parigi e vicino alla metro,pulizia nella norma e personale gentile.
