Accommodating staff very good place and clean

Great service, nice amenities and clean rooms. Good buffet breakfast.

Our experience with Henann Group and Henann Garden Resort Hotel was awesome. From the booked hotel transfer to the easy check in. Front desk Vanessa were also accommodating and even checked us in early without us asking. Although we forgot to ask to be given a room with balcony and pool view, we were checked in with adjacent rooms near the stair access and complimentary water dispenser. The amenities of the hotel are amazing, with well thought out pool design, cafe and greeneries. Overall, it was an amazing experience and will have no qualms coming back as well as trying out other hotels under the Henann Group.

I love everything! I had an awesome stay at Hennan Garden. The only thing that needs improvement is there WiFi, too slow. But overall staying here is superb!:).

The nice view of hotel is great but the smell at the comfort room is disgusting. It feels like there is a problem at their sewage system. I won't be coming back here again. Sorry

At first we were happy that we got an upgraded room from premier to grand. But seems like they downgraded us because they gave us an old room. Yes, food buffet breakfast was good but the line is so long. The beach access was too far from our room.

We booked Henann Garden at Traveloka during the CNY promo so we got the rooms at a huge discounts. We had a very wonderful time at Henann Garden Resort! The staffs were all kind, especially the staffs at the pool side. They were courteous, very approachable and friendly. They also upgraded our room from Deluxe to the Premier Suite! The room was spacious, clean, and the AC was so quiet and cold. The breakfast buffet at the Garden Cafe has a lot of food choices and we loved their cafe latte. Definitely would love to come back here and super highly recommended!

We had the most pleasant and memorable stay. The hotel staff are very accomodating, friendly and approachable. All of our request were granted. We highly reccomend and will surely book again

On first day I don’t even like the room that was given to us the problem is the aircon but they assisted us and help us to change are room I even choose the room that was given to us it was so nice. Staff are very friendly. I love the resort and hotel. I love staying here. It's perfect and relaxing. Five star for this hotel. I definitely coming back!

The place is very nice and welcoming, staff are so accommodating :) thumbs up well be back again.

Downside - aircon too low. Don't have enough capacity to cool the entire room.
