Property is very conveniently located on pedestrian zone for taking advantage of Grape Festival activities. Very easy to walk to from Flixbus drop off! Staff and accommodations are lovely!

El lugar es marravilloso, el hotel muy bueno, bajando estas enel centro de Merano. El unico problema es que en la descripcion ocultan algo importante: Al costado hay un edificio en construccion, osea que en ese maravilloso jacuzzi que ponen en la foto no tienes intimidad. Tampoco ponen del ruido durante el dia. Solamente una semana antes del viaje mandan un mail pidiendo disculpa por los inconvenientes del ruido, estando el viaje ya muy de antemano programado y pagado. Creo que por las molestias deberian ofrecer una rebaja durante el periodo de construccion Fuera de esto todo bien, la porteria muy amable y el hotel muy bonito y limpio

Avoid. Right next to the only tall construction in the old town. Lots of construction noise. Also, there were no blackout curtains, so the light woke us up early.

Spent an hour following GPS to get to Hotel.After going round in circles travelled up a one way st to get there.Otherwise property met expectations

Struttura pulita, camere spaziose e con tutti i comfort. Nessuno spazio comune nè lobby. Buona la colazione. Posizione centralissima.

Excellent Hotel

Perfect location in the centre of Merano, excellent rooms and a very friendly staff

I couldn’t figure out how to get the air conditioner to work but thankfully it wasn’t too hot and I left the windows cracked open during the night for cool air. I’m sure it was my user error & wouldn’t count this as a negative for the hotel. It was clean, quiet, comfortable and in a great location. Highly recommend and I’d definitely stay again!

Ottima struttura in posizione centrale a Merano con uno staff preparato e molto disponibile . Camera spaziosa pulita con tutto quello che occorre . Sicuramente consigliato .

Schön eingerichtete Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und eignet sich optimal als Startpunkt von Spaziergängen. Geparkt wird in der Tiefgarage der Therme. Ich kann das Hotel sehr gerne weiterempfehlen!

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Sauberes und modern eingerichtetes Zimmer. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Hotel liegt in Fußgängerzone - Anfahrt mit dem Auto erst nach Rücksprache mit der Rezeption möglich. Parkhaus dann 200m vom Hotel entfernt. Empfangsbereich spartanisch klein. Zimmer modern und individuell möbliert. Frühstück im netten (öffentlich zugänglichen) Café.
