I've enjoyed the facility, including sauna and steam room, as well as the gym area. I've loved the room design and the staff's custom service attitude. I dislike three things: 1- The room that I've used was 102, which has a little bath, and when I tried to use it, I found two little spiders in it. Maybe they need to double-check the fumigation services. 2- I could not use the amenities: the coffee machine and the water heater jar. I've plugged them, but they never started or heat the water. 3- I consider that the day I was there, the swimming pool didn't look really clean, I've compared it with the small one that is close to it.

Excelent place to stay

I had higher expectations for this place especially after reading the reviews but it was definitely not what I expected. We asked to have our room cleaned or switched as the first room we were given was not clean at all. The toilet appeared to have not been clean in a while, there were stains on the walls and cabinets around the sink and it just appeared to have not been deep cleaned in a while. The staff was very apologetic and switched our room but the second room was not much different. The refrigerator was run down and the door didn’t even close properly. I def would not recommend and would not stay again.

The rooms, gym, pool, sauna and steam room. I didn't like the gym hours opening at 7am, prefer 5am. And the restaurant options for me were below par.

Good could be better

Food was ok, service was ok, but AC was broken and they fixed it one day later. Carpet was dirty and I noticed it was not vacuumed at all.

There are few hotels of quality near the airport. This one was about 25 minutes. It was a great option. Very modern. Great communication. Nice property. But nothing around it...have to travel by taxi another 20 minutes into the Center.

Disappointed. I needed a private room for a job interview I asked for it and they couldn’t accommodate me unless I rented the room for $200 US dollars for less than 1 hour. Never have I experience such thing in a hotel. Conference room cost more than the actual stay for one night. Manager stated I can sit in the front of the lobby while there was so much noice and cleaning lady with the vacuum. Overall the room was decent and breakfast as well .

Very clean. Ac unit struggled during the day to keep room cold, but other than that ok

Very nice and clean place, staff was kind and friendly. The only inconvenience was that I asked for a shower cap and they did not have any.

The property looks nice as design, but terrible maintenance , doesn't looks in good condition , not going to stay there again

Easy access from the highway. Moe growing in the shower walls. Couldn't order room service because they never answered the phone or WhatsApp.

Excelent place

This was a last minute stay since my flight was delayed. Everyone was respectful and tremendously helpful and very polite.

I’m already missing this beautiful city! I stayed here with 2 other family members. The hotel was beyond clean safe spot very close to nearby restaurants in a Uber of course. I loved the daily breakfast buffet. Room was clean with beautiful view I can’t wait to come back! Thank you staff you all were gracious!

First they asked me to pay and I was so tired I forgot I had already paid, so i paid for the room. When we got to our room we found two men laying on the beds and had to turn around and go back down to reception. They they said, oh sorry our mistake, and it took them 20 minutes to get us a new room. Then the gal says oh I under charged you for the room so then i paid a couple hundred more pesos. The manager said he would discount our dinner at the restaurant there by 20% as compensation for our trouble. Then we got to our room ( without people ) , dropped bags, when we sat down to eat the same reception gal came and told me she charged me for a room already paid for and now had to reimburse me !

It was a good enjoyable stay good food 5* good amenities and nice views and safe place to stay. Close to Bus Station and the Centro de congresos. 👍✅
