Location is very convenient, especially buses from Hakata station stop in next to the hotel and bus stop in front of the hotel goes to airport as well. You can take a short walk to Yakuin station and check out the neighbourhood shops and cafes surrounding it. There are Lawson, Family Mart, and 7-Eleven near the hotel. There is self-service laundry in the hotel just in case you need to use it, alternative behind the hotel there is 24hr laundromart. You don't have to worry about food when you stay here and there are a lot of restaurants in the area. The only setback is the thin pillow and the hotel is a bit dated, overall experience is very satisfying. I will definitely stay here again if I am going back to Fukuoka.
