When I stayed there 5 years ago, the rooms were spacious, The service was good. This year, the room was small and smelled of cigarettes. Daiyokujo was also bad. It looked like they were cutting costs.

Good

While not bad, this was not the normal APA experience. The amenities were completely different (in a negative way) compared to normal APA hotels.E.g., the pillows were substandard comoared to the usual APA memory foam pillows. The bath was a Showa period type bucket. Try the one next door, as it is called APA Hotel rather than APA Villa with this one.

Pleasant and expected level of comfort. Nice public bath.

Restaurant is excellent. You can enjoy delicious local cuisines with materials from local such as rice, fish, vegetables, sake and so on.

Typical budgetary business hotel. The room is small, but it has everything you need. The place is very conveniently located beside the JR Tsubamesanjo station.

Bigger bed and room than expected (keeping in mind it's Japan!). Nicely thought out little extras and good service.

The hotel staff was wonderful! They accommodated us at every turn and always with a smile. When we left, our taxi driver was a complete ass, but the hotel staff managed to get him to take us to our new apartment in Tsubame after some difficult negotiations. Great job, APA staff!

Availability only on smoking levels. Smoking rooms are in disgusting condition.

APA. No luxury, but clean and nice. Room small as usual, but with nice view. Near to AEON mall (good for dinner there) and to buy stuff for breakfast, which was not included in the room and the hotel breakfast to order looked on the menu a bit improvable...

Convenient location within close proximity to JR Tsubamesanjo station with large supermarket and convenience shops within walking distance.

利用2回目になりますが居心地よくて2泊予約しました BS等観てたら、十津川警部、グレムリン放送してて懐かしくて観てました スタッフさんも感じ良くて気に入ってます

清潔感がありとてもよかった

スタッフさんは笑顔で応対して貰い好感持てました ベッドも寝心地良かったです また全国のアパホテルさんに宿泊したいです

部屋の照明がもう少し明るいと良いのにと思うホテルが多い中、ここのホテルは自分好みの明るい照明で気持ち良く過ごせました。

駅が近く、大浴場もあって便利でゆっくり出来ました。
