Parking is very far away but hotel is in the perfect area for beach shopping and sites.

Sehr schönes Hotel in bester Lage und damit nicht ganz ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel ist sehr schön, leider hört man viele Geräusche von der Straße. Alles andere ist sehr schön. Der Parkplatz zum Hotel ist außerhalb der Altstadt und damit nur nach längerem Fußweg erreichbar. Man kann vom Hotel ein kostenpflichtigen Shuttle nutzen. Frühstück ist gut.

Beautiful place and hotel

Jättebra hotell mitt i gamla stan. Parkeringsmöjlighet inom inhägnat område finns en bit från hotellet. Tacksamt då det är svårt att hitta en parkeringsplats (märkt med blåa linjer för turister). Vi var jättenöjda med vårt rum med en härlig terrass. Rekommenderas varmt!

Very accommodating staff. Instructed where to safely park the car (limited traffic zone). If driving,advice: locate hotel, unload your bags, register, park your vehicle. Very clean, charming and romantic. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely amazing… out of a film. We turned up and were given a room straight away in the late morning with no fuss. Nothing was too much for them and the service was faultless. Charming room.

Problems with air conditioning. Very noisy AC all night.

Friendly staff. Ideally located near everything

The room was big and clean but needed some additional attention for a top rating. The mini bar was empty with no water in the room. There were no glasses provided in the room either...just a tired paper cup in the empty refrigerator. The breakfast buffet was not as varied or as good as in the other hotels that we stayed in during our stay in Sicily and the breakfast staff was pretty absent and uninterested in the clients. The front desk was very helpful in booking a cab for us before we arrived but not so friendly once we got there. The location is very very convenient- with a little effort the hotel could be great.

Nice place, great location. Parking wasn’t convenient unfortunately and shuttle service wasn’t super quick given the traffic downtown.

Shower was on the small side

We stayed for two nights here and we would absolutely recommend it to other travellers. The location is in the heart of the old town, literally steps to exceptional sea side dining options, boutique shopping, and a beautiful quiet area on the beach to enjoy. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the hotel is spotless and safe. Excellent choice that allowed us to maximize our time in this stunning sea side community.

Suite is huge. Very clean.

I loved it there. It was perfectly located to walk to all areas of old town and was not too far from the gate so if you want to walk to the old harbor or beyond, it works. I could easily go back to the room to change or drop something. It is close to the beach, duomo and shopping. People running the desk were helpful. Had a nice little balcony and great AC. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Highly recommend.
