Room was wore out and with scratches all over the floor. Frame of bathroom door was out. Poor property maintenance. Mini bar not operational - refrigerator not working. Breakfast buffet service was slow and not very friendly. They seemed to be understaffed. Reception personnel was good and friendly.

Very nice hotel, and well situated. The staff excellent.

The restaurant in the hotel served an excellent buffet breakfast. The dinner was absolutely delicious.

Fantastic location. Right next to plaza Mayor and other main attractions. An old beautiful building. Breakfast was good. The rooms are run down. Not well maintained. Curtains are not hung up properly. Sliding door to cupboard was stuck. Also hot inside. Needs refurbishment

A beautiful hotel in an historic building just a short distance above the Plaza Mayor and away from the hubbub of that area. The staff were particularly pleasant and helpful. The updating of the hotel retained just enough of the quirkiness of the original building to give it a real sense of place.

An overnight stay on our way north. Very good location in the Old Town. Nice building with very spacious and comfortable room

El hotel queda dentro de un palacio muy bonito y bien conservado. Está muy limpio y a pasos de la plaza mayor. El personal muy atento y amable. Buen desayuno bufé.

Loved the hotel though the eco friendliness left me too hot to sleep comfortably at night. Had to open the window and receive the fresh cooler air in order to sleep.

Excellent location and very good staff, we travelled with our dog and had an amazing stay!

Lovely hotel, with everything we needed. And actually fairly easy to find with GPS guiding us. We pulled right up in front of the hotel, unloaded our bags and checked in. The front desk gave us directions to off-site parking, and it was only a 5 minute walk back to the hotel. It was a very easy process. Dinner at the restaurant was amazing. We only regret that we were not able to stay longer than one night. The hotel's location in Caceres was great, with all kinds of streets to meander and explore.

Lovely place

Great location, very central and a short walk to all the local sights. Very nice room, lovely friendly & helpful staff, superb breakfast as with all NH hotels. Could not fault.

Excellent hotel, the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean tidy and good size. The hotel was beautiful lovely location, beautiful restaurant with excellent food. Please note you can’t park at the hotel but this wasn’t a problem. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location in front of a plaza. We didn’t like the ‘superior’ room with a small window and steel bars, we were expecting to get a room with a balcony and exterior glass doors.
