Business trip, nice hotel located very centrally. Hot room, couldn’t alter thermostat so had to open window and very loud outside

Great location on main mall street. Lots of activities near by. Helpful staff and spacious rooms. Affordable parking near by.

Good location in city centre

This was a nice and clean hotel. It is located near many sites (walkable) and there are many restaurants nearby. It had a great breakfast. We enjoyed our stay there.

Very good apart from the wifi which is not good enough for work with big files

It was pleasant to have accommodation that was clean and well maintained after my experience with Waterfront Luxury Apartment.

Overall a very good place to stay, staff all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent, bar very good although the downside was it closing at 22:30. It did open at 10:00 on the plus side.

This hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly and the location could not be better. They also sent me a surprise fruit basket for my Birthday. Is those little details that make a big difference. Thank You.

Great location, decent hotel except the air conditioning was simply not adequate (moved to another room, only to find that the air con there was barely any better, a friends room was the same... whole hotel has weak climate control), it was 36C during the day, but that's pretty common during the summer.

The air conditioning did not work in our first room and when we complained, we were asked if we had turned it on! The rooms were described as having a city view but the only is across the street of a pedestrian shopping area. Hotel needs to be improved a lot but at least is conveniently located.

The rooms are small but good. The suite has two bathrooms which is great, The location of the hotel is fantastic in downtown with everything right below the hotel.
