Very nice facilities and great staff, the best choice in Toro area

From the moment we arrived at hotel, which was almost midnight, we were treated like family. The warmth and attentiveness of Alberto made our first night unforgettable. We were welcome by two drinks and Alberto set up the perfect temperature of our room to our like. During our visit, I unfortunately got stung by a wasp, but the way the hotel mobilized to assist me was truly remarkable. They quickly provided a tweezer to remove the stinger, applied alcohol, and even offered mud from the spa to soothe the pain. The staff kept checking on me, making us feel cared for and loved. The accommodations were impeccable. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured the most comfortable mattress, ensuring a restful stay. We also enjoyed an excellent selection of ambient music that added to the relaxing atmosphere. A special shoutout to Lorena and Belén at the front desk—they exemplified true hospitality, helping us store our locally purchased cheese and chocolate and booking all our activities since our Spanish is not proficient. The spa was a highlight of our trip, offering various treatment pools and saunas that left us feeling rejuvenated. One of the most memorable experiences was the wine tour led by Mr. Mogul. His passion for winemaking shone through as he spent nearly three hours guiding us through the process and allowing us to taste some outstanding wines from this amazing winery. 100% recommend it to anyone! And thanks to all staff and the business owners!

Very welcoming and attentive staff

Beware if you’re booking this hotel, spa isn’t included in the price and they demand 45 euros per person to access it. Otherwise, the hotel is average and a little dated inside. Their restaurant looks high-end but food is served poorly. Our starter and mains were cold inside as though they took the meal out of a fridge and didn’t heat throughly. Communication with staff is average, language barrier gets in the way if you’re not a Spanish speaker. Overall, not recommended.

Atención por parte del personal inmejorable, las instalaciones muy cuidadas y todo lo que necesitas para disfrutar del Spa a servicio de los clientes. En la recepción fueron muy acogedores, volveremos sin duda.

Muy bien

The stay was wonderfull in a calm area. Good pool and super room with a good firm bed. We had the menu in the restaurant Nube and a red wine from Valbusenda winery, Vivo 2011. Very good. It was a good experience. The only thing was that we after the dinner asked for a wine from the winecard but not the house and they did not have it. We asked for 4 different wines on their winecard and they did not have them. The parking was free and in the cellar and when leaving we got cold water for our trip.

Increíble lugar y atención del personal

Excelente hotel com ótimas instalações , excelente infraestrutura, localização privilegiada, ótima cozinha, fácil acesso, parking coberto, conveniencias bastante modernas ( spa, bodega, bar, lounge , restaurante ). Um achado para quem quer cumprir a rota do vinho na Espanha.

Gran hotel. Servicio muy bueno. Habitaciones muy bien, pero el aire acondicionado es bastante ruidoso.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Chambre avec vue imprenable, cadre somptueux, accueil parfait, repas et petit déjeuner excellent. Bref nous y serions bien restés plus longtemps !

Es mi hotel preferido. Desde hace años procuro hacerme una escapada allí. Es el lugar perfecto para desconectar y recargar pilas

Prachtig modern hotel midden de Toro wijnstreek. Heel groot gebouw met alle faciliteiten wat je maar kan denken, prachtige Spa en zwembad. Grote ondergrondse parking , lekker en uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet en goed restaurant. Enig minpuntje ( als dat al een minpunt is ) : héél weinig andere mensen voor zo'n groot en mooi complex !

This hotel is just Absolutely wonderful! Fantastic service, great food, great wine and great room. We can really recommend to stay here! Best breakfast buffé We ever had and We stay a lot in different hotels :-)
