Its fine

I don't like the front desk staff. They are not family-friendly.

Only complain’t was when I booked the property it was free parking when I arrived I was told you have to pay $12/day for parking. I was very disappointed

Please be careful when loading your car ppl love to take advantage and will try and steal your car if you dont leave someone with it when you check in and out. Staff called the cops unfortunately thr bad guys stalked us and almost stole our car it was very scary. staff were fast acting and helpful though thank goodness!

Very clean

The room was large and we had plenty of space for my 3 children and husband. My husband used the gym which was clean and had plenty of equipment. The kids swam in the pool and had several kids in the pool at the same time. The breakfast was full of options and there was plenty of food for all the guests. The dining area was not packed at 9am which was nice. There was a bit of noise from I-5 traffic but that was expected since you're right off the freeway. There is several options for food in the area. We would return if needing the stay in the area again.

During breakfast there a man who is a bit rude.

This hotel was very noisy upstairs and outside. We could hardly sleep. The bath tub did not drain and mold in the shower. They had overflowing garbage in the breakfast area. There were no towels in the pool area and the front desk would not answer the phone.

It was a very enjoyable stay.

The room was big enough to fit my family of five.

Charging for parking. Not good for guests

Close to what we needed. I would stay again,

The night of april 4 our car and 4 or 5 others were broken into at this hotels parking lot. My rear passenger window was taken out and things were stolen I understand the hotel does nothing or offers nothing to keep the property safe

Wonderful stay; clean and welcoming

IT IS VERY QUIET AND CONVENIENT

The breakfast was good.
