Convenient district, But staff English limited for communication. night-shift gentleman very unhelpful and not speak English, my wife crash against their sharp edge table and he does not even help. We at last go to hospital in the morning for stiches !! Horrible experience.

The location is one of the reasons why I chose Rotonde Hotel. The bus station is so close it takes only 1 minute walk. Since my flight is in the early morning from Marseilles Airport. It's good to stay here for a night and then took off the next day. No kettle in the room; so you need to go down to the lobby to ask for a pot of hot water. Thankfully the staff is very helpful.

Accueil chaleureux à la réception. Chambre petite mais agreable avec petit balcon, table et 2 chaises, salle de bains moderne bien équipée. Buffet petit déjeuner propose un choix très varié , le meilleur depuis longtemps. Bien situé géographiquement. On y reviendra.

Clean, good AC, convenient parking, and optimally located near the Cours Mirabeau. Breakfast was simple but very fresh and delicious.

Hôtel très agréable pour la catégorie, bien situé et un accueil parfait, à recommander. Parking gratuit ce qui ne gâche rien à Aix en Provence.

It was nice to have the bar/restaurant area to sit and do work outside of the small room!

Les chambres sont bien, sdb aussi, mais: les isolations avec la rue sont déplorables (on profite de tous les bruits de la rue honnêtement), le service de de nuit est déplorable, le bar idem, et la salle de petit déjeuner est ultra-bruyante: on se croirait à proximité du lave-vaisselle! Bref, passez votre route

Cet hotel annoncé 4* n'en mérite même pas 3 : état propreté médiocre (trace de café sur les rideaux...), chambre vieillissante et très mal insonorisée, literie de mauvaise qualité, douche avec de l'eau chaude pendant 2 minutes puis tiède et complètement froide, serviettes de toilettes de très mauvaise qualité, connexion wifi inexistante...

Great location next to bus station and old town. Not too noisy, even with train tracks nearby. Friendly staff and good breakfast buffet. Would be good to add security cameras to hallways. AC/heat control in rooms appears to be disabled unless you make a special request to the front desk. No screens on windows, so mosquitoes can be a problem at night if you want the windows open.

バスターミナル周辺という事で治安を気にしてましたが、全く不安はありませんでした。中心部は全て徒歩圏内でとても便利。 強いて言えば、人数分のカップが準備できてなかった事くらいです。

Good location to the city area. Great service. Sketchy parking. Room was meh. TV remote didn’t work and AC was just okay.

Very nice hotel with easy access to the best of Aix, as well as the bus station.

INACEPTABLE,NOS QUEDAMOS PORQUE VENIAMOS DE UN DIA DE CARRETERA,PERO LA HABITACION HORRENDA!!!! NO LO ACEPTO!!!!

Un très bon emplacement proche du centre ville avec un parking sur place. Chambre un peu petite mais très calme.
