Place has a very nice view of the Taal Lake, Food is superb. Their in house restaurant serves is a must to. I love the Vegetarian pizza and the pumpkin soup is a must try. The free breakfast buffet has lots of options. The staff are nice. Lastly and most important for me, the heater works so you can enjoy your bathtub experience.

We had a nice stay. All staffs were very accomodating and helpful. Had a also a nice swim in the afternoon with the view Taal lake and Volcano. They even allowed us to check in early. I also love that they have a live piano being played during check in, breakfast and check out.

I would like to recommend this to my friends and family! Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. They gave us an upgrade from standard to superior room due to inconvenience regarding the weather. Front desk are easy to talked too. Great ambiance perfect room! 100% delicious foods! Super satisfied with what I’ve paid for 😍

2nd time staying here but still did not get the chance to enjoy the pool because of the weather. But overall experience was still awesome. The buffet breakfast is worth it and the room is very relaxing. The staff are courteous and friendly.

Such a nice place to relax with a great view.

Their cash deposit is too high (3K). The room that we stayed has no lake view. I supposed it has, because it's a superior room. They said only suite rooms has lake view. Service is not that good also. We waited quite long when we check-out.

Very accommodating staffs. Very nice breakfast especially for meat lovers - with bacon and tempura!
