对于一家价格堪比大城市的四星级酒店，我还能说什么呢？你期待的是近乎完美，但结果却有点令人失望。房间很大，但有很多美观和质量上的缺陷。床很舒服，迷你吧却不见踪影，保险箱需要钥匙才能打开，家具虽然复古但保养得并不好，窗帘又脏又旧，早餐非常糟糕，而且就其提供的服务而言，价格却高得离谱。

我认为理想的酒店应该靠近市中心，但又恰好位于限行区之外，这样就不会太麻烦。这家酒店在这方面做得非常出色。他们甚至还和附近百米左右的停车场老板有合作，感觉就像拥有一个只有当地人才知道的秘密停车场。 我五月份入住过这家酒店，说实话，我非常喜欢它。酒店规模不算大，而且有些地方确实略带复古气息，而非“崭新时尚”，但一切都一尘不染，员工也热情周到。屋顶还有一个按摩浴缸区；我到的时候它关闭了，可能是夏季限定，这也让我多了一个再次入住的理由。 早餐非常棒，还能欣赏到公园的美丽景色，房间也完全符合我的喜好。总而言之，我会毫不犹豫地再次入住……也许下次我就能体验一下屋顶按摩浴缸的真正功能了。

非常喜欢这里。床很舒服，房间可以欣赏到美丽的公园景色，而且非常安静。热水淋浴也很棒。很喜欢住在这里。早餐对我来说有点少，因为我更喜欢咸味早餐，而他们有很多甜点、蛋糕之类的。 所有主要设施都在步行范围内，比如药店、可以买到水和零食的市场，当然还有餐厅和冰淇淋店。 酒店的整体设计融合了新艺术风格和麦金托什风格。非常干净，前台工作人员热情友好，英语也很好。绝对会推荐这家酒店，下次还会再来！ （其他评论中提到的虫子是蚊子叮咬，比西西里岛通常的蚊子数量要多，所以天黑后打开窗户时不要开灯，注意安全。）

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Giardino Inglese, and I can wholeheartedly say it exceeded my expectations in all the right ways. This boutique hotel combines charm, comfort, and convenience in a way that makes it a standout choice for anyone visiting Palermo. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel deserves special mention. The location is another major plus: nestled within walking distance of the city center and with a bus stop just around the corner, it offers easy access to all that Palermo has to offer while still providing a calm and relaxing retreat from the bustle of the city. Breakfast may not be as elaborate as in larger hotel chains, but it is perfectly well-rounded and satisfying, with everything one could need to start the day. The true highlight, however, is the staff. Friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, they went out of their way to assist with any questions or requests, making the experience feel personalized and warm. I stayed in a garden view room, which turned out to be an absolute delight. Not only was it quiet, but it also overlooked a stunning park, adding a serene, almost storybook quality to the mornings and evenings. The only minor disappointment was that the jacuzzi was temporarily out of order during May 2025, with plans to reopen around June or July. While I didn’t get to enjoy it, I can imagine it would be a fantastic bonus during the warmer months. In short, I would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay in Palermo.
