我选择这家酒店是因为它的位置看起来非常理想，我的主要目的是去奥斯洛布看鲸鲨，去薄荷岛看眼镜猴。从机场乘坐MY BUS巴士到终点站大约需要30分钟，然后步行5分钟即可到达酒店。最近的入口是SM购物中心和酒店之间的通道。这条通道足够宽敞，可以拖着行李箱通过。进入酒店也只需要走几级台阶。开车不到10分钟即可到达前往薄荷岛的渡轮码头。开车到奥斯洛布需要3个小时。这家酒店最大的优势是靠近SM购物中心。购物中心里应有尽有：超市、美食广场、餐厅、快餐店等等。购物中心晚上9点关门。由于面积很大，很容易迷路。优点：安保良好，员工热情周到，房间床铺舒适，淋浴水压强劲，排水系统良好。缺点：泳池正在装修，无法使用；没有浴袍；早餐水果种类不多。迷你吧从葡萄酒到软饮应有尽有，而且都冰镇得很好。我没有使用洗手间，因为隔壁SM购物中心的超市可以买到很多日用品。事实上，我觉得没有洗手间更好，这样冰箱里就腾出了空间。矿泉水每天都会补充。房间内有一个按钮可以预约客房清洁服务，非常方便。房间大小也足够。酒店的地理位置、热情周到的服务、干净整洁的环境以及新颖的设施，都使它成为一家很棒的酒店。唯一的不足是泳池无法使用。我去了附近一家酒店的泳池。第一家是靠近阿亚拉购物中心的Quest酒店，每人约1500日元，包含一杯饮料。另一家是Western Lagoon酒店，每人约800日元，也包含一杯饮料。办理入住时，前台告诉我这是“仅含客房”的套餐。不过，我通过应用程序预订了一个包含早餐的套餐，出示预订确认单后，套餐就改成了包含早餐。以防万一，最好准备好能显示预订详情的文件。高级房，3晚，2026年3月

Very good hotel. Can never book a time for a massage. This time I even tried the day before checking in. Very good gym and pool though.

It was soo good! The staff were all so warm with their service. It was our first time staying at a five-star hotel and it was such a good experience. They explained everything to us and gave us a little room orientation. Will definitely book again.

Amazing breakfast. Hotel staff always very welcoming. Very clean and next to the mall for easy shopping & taxi for moving in the city. Best hotel I have ever stayed.

Was really disappointed when we arrived at the hotel. Although it was negligence on our part not researching beforehand, but had we been offered a refund upon check in, we would've opted to stay at another hotel. The pool was under maintenance so we had nothing to do at the hotel. I feel like we really didn't get the value for money.

Very nice room and staff service excellent. Gave immediate attendance when I said TV is not working.

Great place to stay with because its just near the mall..

A good hotel to stay. Located on main road, easy access. Breakfast OK. Fitness facility is great (Life fitness). Swimming pool is also OK.
