very nice and comfortable

I have to say the location is quite far away from Modena down town and travel to sightseeing places is inconvenient if you don't have a car. The location is in a remote industrial area and therefore don't expect any good view outside windows (unless you like to some trucks and warehouses around). I think it is a nice hotel for business travelers (in fact you will notice when having breakfast). Nevertheless, the price is reasonable compared to what you have (except the location). Need to mention if you need to have dinner in hotel (we are afraid to drive at dark if dinner in Modena city), only one restaurant is available and no others around. Probably we order not the best and we don't enjoy much their food.

Rooms were immaculate and cleaning staff worked very hard. Breakfast was ok. Considering the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, meaning that gusts may choose to stay and utilise the bar, I would have thought that keeping the bar staffed would be a priority? Sadly not! Had to repeatedly ask for some e to serve our group of 6 people. Ended up just leaving due to the wait one night. When we complained, we got shouted at! Pool area and corridors had a drain smell but luckily this didn’t extend to the rooms. Overall, good for a quick stop over - but that’s all!

Good and comfortable place with swimming pool and equipped with AC and DC EV chargers, depending if you need to charge you car during the night or if you prefer doing it fast during the day ! The service is really good as well !

Hotel un po’ datato sugli arredi (faccio questo di lavoro 😅) ma complessivamente molto ben tenuto! Personale molto disponibile. Consigliato!

Very much enjoyed this 4-star hotel at a very reasonable price. Quality furnishings, clean, comfortable, plus friendly staff whether at reception or the bar and restaurant. We had a lovely dinner, and great breakfast too. We will definitely keep this Modena BW on our go to list when traveling in Italy.

Ein super Hotel für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise. Wir waren als Familie zu viert und hatten 2 riesen große Zimmer verbunden durch einer Tür miteinander. Super praktisch direkt an der Autobahn gelegen. Aber man hört die Autobahn überhaupt nicht. Betten super bequem. Dusche perfekt. Frühstück ok, italienisch halt aber es war alles da. Wir würden es sehr empfehlen

We picked this hotel which was located in a town outside of the attraction we were visiting strictly because of its laundrey amenities. When asking how to do laundrey we were told differently by three different staff where the facility was which is understandable because of language barriers but the dryer was broken and there is only one washer and dryer available for the entire hotel. After washing our clothes, I then had to find a laundrey mat to dry. I wish I had chosen a different location.
