very nice and comfortable

I have to say the location is quite far away from Modena down town and travel to sightseeing places is inconvenient if you don't have a car. The location is in a remote industrial area and therefore don't expect any good view outside windows (unless you like to some trucks and warehouses around). I think it is a nice hotel for business travelers (in fact you will notice when having breakfast). Nevertheless, the price is reasonable compared to what you have (except the location). Need to mention if you need to have dinner in hotel (we are afraid to drive at dark if dinner in Modena city), only one restaurant is available and no others around. Probably we order not the best and we don't enjoy much their food.

Avevamo scelto questo hotel perché classificato come 4 stelle, ma purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. La struttura appare piuttosto datata e avrebbe bisogno di un importante intervento di rinnovamento. Anche la cucina ci ha deluso: i piatti erano poco curati e la qualità complessiva ricordava più una mensa che un ristorante di un hotel di questa categoria. In camera l’aria condizionata si è dimostrata insufficiente, rendendo il soggiorno poco confortevole nelle ore più calde. Un’altra nota negativa riguarda il bar serale: il menù proponeva diversi cocktail, ma non era presente un barman in grado di prepararli correttamente. È un dettaglio che in un hotel a 4 stelle ci si aspetta venga curato con maggiore professionalità. Il personale è stato cortese, ma questo non è bastato a compensare le carenze della struttura e dei servizi. Nel complesso, il rapporto tra categoria dichiarata, prezzo e qualità ricevuta non ci ha soddisfatto. Mi auguro che la direzione prenda in considerazione questi aspetti per migliorare l’esperienza degli ospiti.

Wonderful staff and good breakfast

Excellent rooms, well connected hotel, good prices and good breakfast, good high speed WiFi. Pool and sauna were a good surprise. Very helpful staff, roomy, well lit, comfortable room. Really enjoyed our stay and would come again if holidaying in the same area. There was something funny with the drain in one of bathrooms of the rooms we booked. with a smell, but probably an isolated incident.

Menu fresco ma non particolarmente vario e di qualità.

Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und hat einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, der bewacht und mit einer Schranke geschützt ist. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern inkl. günstiger Minibar mit kostenlosem Wasser. Mein Hund hat nur 10€ gekostet. Das Hotel ist perfekt für einen Zwischenstopp nahe der Autobahn. Preislich top!

Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Checkin ging sehr schnell, und die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich. Auch im Zimmer haben wir uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sehr geräumig und das Klima angenehm. Ein Frühstück haben wir aus persönlichen Gründen nicht eingenommen.

Det var rene rom, med praktiske store mammo gullfliser på gulvet. Lekkert. Romslig rom, interessant tak med takbjelker i tre og store bad. Vi var en familie med rom rett ovenfor hverandre. Rikelig med parkeringsplasser og skygge for biler inkl. tak over bygg over parkeringsplass. hotellet har sentral beliggenhet i et rolig industriområde tett på Modena og tett på autostrada. Bra frokost og personalet som tilbyr kaffe som cappuccino til alle sine frokost gjester. Jordbær og fersk orginal honning til frokost. Et flott basseng for hotellets gjester. Vanskelig å få varmt vann i dusjene ved hotellets basseng. Vanndispensere i hver etasje for sparkling vann og naturlig vann. Resepsjon gir ingen fordeler selv om man er topp medlem i best western rewards hvis bestillingen er gjort via en tredjepart. Dette til forskjell for andre best western hoteller i Italia. Dette er i tråd med best western sin policy, men merkelig likevel

Alles bestens. Tolles großes Zimmer, alles super sauber, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück.

Schalter im Zimmer sehr dreckig

Rooms were immaculate and cleaning staff worked very hard. Breakfast was ok. Considering the hotel is in the middle of an industrial estate, meaning that gusts may choose to stay and utilise the bar, I would have thought that keeping the bar staffed would be a priority? Sadly not! Had to repeatedly ask for some e to serve our group of 6 people. Ended up just leaving due to the wait one night. When we complained, we got shouted at! Pool area and corridors had a drain smell but luckily this didn’t extend to the rooms. Overall, good for a quick stop over - but that’s all!
