订房时没注意到是套房，多订了一个房间，给了3个套房，浪费了。房间比较大也比较舒适。在市区，虽然不在禁行区域，但车只能停到距酒店较远的公共停车区，主要是码头那里的马路边，比较担心车受损，还好没事。吃饭很方便，去景点都不是很远，基本走路。

Front desk cheated with us that their hotel manager did not go to work on weekends, which cannot proceed our request. We made our request at least three times and still cannot get even a reply. I think I am not respected.

The staff were extremely helpful and the location was very convenient to the major sites in the area. We enjoyed the bountiful breakfast and the clean room.

Hotel is in a great location, central to everything and walking distance. Newly refurbished so nice and modern. We had two single rooms which were a great size ! Balcony to the street as well. Only negatives were the showers in both our room were Luke warm and not even hot. Breakfast, the coffee , hot water machine is very noisey and doesn’t heat the water up, stays luke warm. I would highly recommend this hotel, was central to everything. Both our single rooms also had wheelchair accessible showers and toilet.

Vet inget om hållbarhetstänket, men i övrigt ett jättefint hotell med bra placering, bra gym, fina rum, trevlig personal. Rekommenderas!

This is one of my our NH favorites—lovely and helpful staff, impeccable rooms and a delicious breakfast buffet in the atrium. And the location is perfect for first-time visitors.

Beautiful property, very comfortable room regarding space, bed & temperature. We had a junior suite with balcony. Housekeeping staff needs a bit help. Each day we had to go to the front desk for items they forgot to restock. Otherwise, nice location.

After experiencing their wonderful property in Taormina, this hotel was a big letdown. The staff was unfriendly and at times outright rude. Access is very inconvenient—there’s no way to arrive by car, and guests are left to walk at least three blocks with luggage, as the hotel offers no assistance or service to help. Yes, it’s on the main street in Palermo, but that’s about the only positive. Breakfast was just average with limited options, and the night staff in particular were unhelpful and unpleasant. Overall, not what I expected from an NH Collection property.
