整體舒服、潔淨，榻榻米睡得很舒適，環境清幽。非常好。但早晚餐自助餐食物款式一般，但味道是很好的。

洒店地點好，與車站距離很近，交通方便，房間燈光充足，不會太暗，自助晚、早餐食物美味，多選擇。

房間有年代感，但維護的很好，很乾淨。 溫泉很舒服，讓人非常放鬆。 酒店櫃檯和接駁車的員工很熱情，非常有禮貌，給人很親切的感覺。 大廳有神戶名產伴手禮，很方便。

非常值得體驗的日式旅館，如果再去有馬溫泉一定在選擇入住。

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for one night in June 2023. We arrived at the hotel early at 10am before the check-in time, and they offered luggage storage services to us. We traveled around the onsen and returned at 2:30pm. By then, the room was ready and our luggage had been transferred directly to the room. I stayed on the 14th floor of the north wing and the mountain view from the room was excellent. We enjoyed a great Kobe beef dinner and Japanese breakfast in the room. The service was also professional and provided in fluent English. Our package also included access to the premium lounge, where the drinks were very good. I would recommend that the hotel increase the operating hours for the premium lounge (currently closed at around 10pm).

呢間溫泉好大，有3個大浴場，好relax，又有個premium lounge 可以飲下酒，食下小吃，早餐buffet就一般，我諗住會喺房間嘆嘅，晚餐我就好期待，不過有少少落差，比禁貴價錢，就唔成正比，仲要喺餐廳食，無人服侍，自己燒烤，牛肉得好少，整體最正就係浴場，無咩人

地點方便，酒店服務一流，VIP Lounge 除了汽水咖啡茶飲提供外，還有紅酒白酒其他酒類飲品，又有芝士果仁，和其他小食，環境優雅寧靜。套票跟頂級BBQ神戶和牛和龍蝦刺套餐，份量十足，旅程十分享受。

很好的溫泉酒店，酒店內有三個溫泉，而且都很大，其中兩個到零晨1點才關門，第二日早上男女湯會互換。酒店很大，有遊戲場所，但無時間參觀完，有點可惜。 我預訂的是房間進餐，吃完後會立即換成塔塔米。 還有酒店都有專車接送出入，你離開酒店時都會詢問你到那裡，直接會把你送到，十分方便。總體評價十分好，很好的住宿體驗。
