酒店装修不错，设施也挺好，赌场的一部分，有餐厅。离老城步行七八分钟，总体方便。

性价比一般，属于在瑞士装修比较现代化的酒店，地理位置非常好，餐厅较多，人气旺。

1. Location is good, 3 stops to old town. Away from noice and still convenience. Hotel provide bus ticket which is really sweet. 2. Suggest not to choose the basic room. It’s a bit not spaceship and window is facing inside the hallway. 3. Staff is very kind and professional. Room is clean and comfortable. 4. Suggest to bring your own shampoo and showergel. Toothpaste and toothbrush also, room is not provided. 5. Breakfast is above average compare the hotels in Switzerland.

飯店門口就可以搭公車，有兩班公車可以搭，到玫瑰園也可以搭公車，車次很多交通方便，入住當天被升等2級的房間，房間變超大的～可以看到伯恩市區全景，很不賴～大推～下次還會選擇入住的！

Some staff are nice and some are rude / arrogant - quality fluctuates and depends on your luck. Worms on back-up toilet paper. Economy room's window facing inside w no outside view. Air-conditioner not centralized and not functioning well - bit hot in summer. Overall, not recommended - and this is my first time writing such a negative review!

Perfect location, new hotel, good experience. No 9 tram, 3 stops to main station.

Staff are not welcoming u besides the check out staff, book double room for two adult ,but they only prepare one pillow & only one tower, room looks not very clear, bad memories & don't deserve this price

Staff at front desk is very helpful and nice. The train to and fro hotel & train station is very convenient and only takes less than 10mins to go! Variety choices for breakfast. The room and the washroom is relatively small but I think this is the normal standard for hotels in Europe.

Das Zimmer war sauber und gut. Das Personal war sehr hilfreich und die Lage ist ruhig.
