it's good location and the accepted prcie for me!

The service was very bad among five hotels that I stayed in Italy.

Esqueceram de arrumar nosso quarto! Quarto pequeno demais, box banheiro micro! Café da manhã maravilhoso!

Positiv ist die lage des hotels gleich neben der oper, ansonsten sehr unpersönlich und kühl. Keine möglichkeit den abend gemütlich an der bar zu verbringen. Room 214 ist sehr klein und spartanisch eingerichtet und könnte eine renovierung vertragen, speziell die dusche und der spannteppich. Zu den feiertagen gab es weder einen Glückwunsch zu meinem Geburtstag noch eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zu Weihnachten. Wie gesagt, sehr unpersönlich!

Overall, the room was nice; however, the shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor. It took over an hour and a half to get somebody to fix this which delayed our ability to go into the city. The food for breakfast was cold, but adequate. The location was great

The room was immaculate, the desk and bistro staff were outstanding.

Excellent location. Only 15 minutes from Bari railway station and 5 minutes from Latgo Eroi del Mare - the pickup point for day tours. The breakfast buffet is very good and fulfilling.

La chambre (112) était très petite et la fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur un mur à moins d’un mètre. Très déçu.

Les chambres sont extrêmement bruyantes en raison d'une mauvaise isolation des fenêtres ; la nuit le bruit des voitures est insupportable.

The breakfast was appreciated (an excellent selection) and the staff were professional. The bathroom in our room was very new and modern but the bedroom was tired (and we were disappointed with that). Sheets were crisp and comfortable.
