Very nice property with lots of amenities. Close to restaurants and shopping

Nice breakfast buffet. Within walking distance of all major attractions.

Not a 4 star hotel. Dated , [1950s] staff unhelpful. One had to be convinced to call restsurant i wanted instead of his friends restsurant. Worn carpet in room. Breakfast fine but not ss good as other 4 star hotels i had just been in. Would not stsy agzin considering price

Great hotel in amazing lication

Disappointing that there were limited if non existent tea making facilities in the room, an d if there were then definite no milk capsules for making tea with milk. Small shower, no in room heating, and no restaurant dinner available on a Sunday . Breakfast ok

The room card lock worked sometimes, had to go to the front desk twice

Very nice hotel. Great customer service. The hotel is conveniently located close to the old town I explored during the day and next to a couple of theaters one can watch shows on the evening. The breakfast was very good, a bit on a fance side for an American tourist. I think I will stay there again.

Loved landing here after a long day of travel. Breakfast bar was amazing. Shower was great. Room was a little warm but we slept well.

Very near centrale for the trains and also many restaurants and shopping streets

Excellent place to stay to visit Bari and Puglia region. We went on cruise and it proved to be short trip to cruise port and airport.

Great location, nice traditional hotel. Occasional issues with the elevator and construction in the next building (no noise, but scaffolding present).

Room does not have individual thermostat to regulate temperature. Way too warm when heat started in winter season. Stayed 3 nights to visit Matera and Alberobello. Developed red rash around neck after 2 nights possibly due to dust mites or bed bugs in pillow because I am very allergic to dust mites and crawly animals. Went on a cruise in Rome after Bari and the red bash cleared up after couple days. Breakfast buffet good but coffee needs improvement - by Italian standard. Coffee machine uses ready-to-dissolve powder of some sort. Tastes awful even for me - a Canadian, not exactly has a global appreciation for great coffees . Carpet in room needs updating. Bathroom's daily cleaning and shower pressure great. Front desk staff efficient and can use more smiling. Property location great and is close to many good restaurants.

Lovely hotel.

This hotel location is excellent, close to the train station, the main shopping streets, the old town. If you get a room on the street your sleep will be disrupted so ask for one facing the courtyard. Breakfast is amazing & rich with plenty of food. The staff is lovely & helpful.

The hotel was elegant and comfortable, the staff was friendly and the breakfast was good. The room had a wonderful balcony overseeing the street that was noisy in the late evening.

The room was well appointed and comfortable. The location was very convenient to restaurants and shopping and not to far from the port area and airport. Overall excellent choice having disembarkeed a cruise and heading to the airport

Disappointing for price, the room was small and old fashion in decor. Only plus was the convenient location.

Parking was a nightmare

Fantastic hotel in the heart of Bari. Only negative would be the outdoor street noise, but the staff and property are excellent.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was clean but a little tired looking
